Best product on the market. Felt significant increase in energy as well as a reduction in post workout soreness especially in joints after doing longer runs. Everything you need in 3 tablets daily instead of taking copious amounts of other tablets. Would highly recommend taking this product.

Having suffered quite a serious injury which resulted in a major posterior dislocation of my shoulder coupled with a broken arm; I was looking to ensure I would maximize my recovery to get my life back on track as efficiently as possible. What I can say is that when I went back for my post surgery checkups for X-Rays on bone recovery and to have my stitches removed, I was amazed by what had occurred.
The doctor stated that the break in my bone had already healed up very well and the tissue trauma related to the dislocation had improved well beyond what they had expected. Further both the nurse who was removing my stitches and the doctor both commented that I had amazing skin healing after just three weeks around the surgical incision. In fact it seems my scarring will be minimal.

Aside from this I am rapidly regaining movement back in the joint and I genuinely believe that the recovery I am experiencing is directly related to strictly adhering to the Kyros supplement plan.
