For the second year of my experience with labbaik hajj and umrah and I'm very pleased again by the swift and quick response.
Essa was particularly helpful and advice to the best of the customer.

Booked through this organisation for last year October 2023. Flights were spot on with no issues as we are a family of 6.

Leaving out all the minor problems I am only concentrating on the mains issues.

Agent informed me it was 5 star hotel, once arriving the hotel was an outdated far from 5 stars, now turned into 3 star. Room doesn't accommodation 6 people, we had to pay extra, bathroom had to be repaired due to many issues... breakfast which was included was only for 4 people (i had to pay again) i finally managed to contact the company / agency but they were unable to help, spoke to manager who goes by the name of Ali, Syed, hassan etc... couldn't solve any issues expect kept repeating Madina will be OK!

Madina was the same didn't bother to complain.

They have now deleted all my WhatsApp messages to avoid me saving or copying the information.

This company is good for single individuals and short stays not families.

They are clueless about taking children to holy places.

I would highly recommend booking with Labbaik Hajj Umrah. I have booked with them two times and have had, a great experience with Brother Ahsan. His service was highly efficent and he maintained communication throughout the journey. We booked a 5 star package and had no issues. I will be using brother Ahsan for my future Umrah and Hajj trips inshAllah.

We have travelled with Labbaik Hajj Umrah, on two seperate occasions. We received great customer service from brother Ahsan. We booked a 5 star Umrah package. The communication, from brother Ahsan was outstanding. He was always available on whatsapp and respondent to any queries swiftly. He was kind enough to offer us, transport from the aiport to the hotel. We had an absolute pleasant stay and will definitely be booking with brother Ahsan again for Umrah and Hajj packages. I was introduced to Labbaik from a close friend that performed Umrah in Ramadan 2023. He praised the company and recommended it. He was especially praiseworthy and appreciative of the efforts off Alishah Ilyas.

I got in contact with Alishah and he didn't disappoint. From the moment go, he was accommodating and without any hesitation was there to discuss any queries i had and would go out his way to make sure I got the best service.

I went to perform umrah with my family that consisted of me, my wife and 3 children under the age of 12. The booking of the flights and seats via Turkey were all sorted. We were recieved at Jeddah airport by the driver and taken to the hotel. During our stay we decided to stick with the cab service (umrah cab) organised by Alishah. They would contact us a day before hand with the itinerary and then turn up on time the next day to pick us up and then drop us off back to the hotel. This came as part of the package.

The hotel recommended were 4 and 5 star. We liked the hotel in makkah ( Makarem) but not as impressed with the one in madina (Emaar elite). The makkah hotel was 5 min walk to haram and the hotel in Madina was again a short distance at gate number 327.

All in all a great journey and would recommend the company and especially Alishah.

The Hotels were very near to Kabbah and Masjid AL Nawabi. Food was excellent all over.

I have been in contact with Labbaik Travel Agent Essa. He has been the best in helping and supporting me plan/book the best suitable hotels/flights/transport/Ziyarat. Essa has also checked up on everything during the time I was in Saudi! Highly recommend Labbaik and hugely appreciate Essa for his amazing service! Avoid at all cost. They’re not professionals and just rip you off for poor service. Booked a flight in a wrong airport and expected me to travel 4 hours with train. Then in Saudi, all transport means were with bus( cheap us out).

The organisers of our trip to Saudi Arabia for Umrah were fantastic every thing was organised and seem less from the private drive to Makkah and checking into the hotel was great and the same to trip to Madina was well organised and stress free. Isa was very friendly and helpful for organising our trip.

Brother Essa was great help. Answered all the questions promptly. Everything was fine Alhamdullilah. Would definitely recommend. One of the most beautiful experience of our lives. 🤍

Service was very good. Brother sherraaz looked after us well and answered all our queries promptly. hotels were good and not too far from haram, food and shopping. Alhamdulillah most amazing trip of my life. Will definitely be using this service again

The agent that was dealing with me was brother Eesa. He was very attentive, he listened to what I want, what my budget was and all the other requirements I had as a beginner for ummrah. Allhumdulilah the agency and brother Eesa delivered and more! He had good and fast communication and sent through all the relevant documents as soon as everything was confirmed. I will definitely recommend booking with them for any upcoming ummrah trips.

Our experience was very smooth, shiraz guided us very well and kept checking on us while we were in saudi. We go very frequently and this was our first time with Labbaik, it was by far the best experience and will be recommending them to all our family and friends. InshaAllah will be travelling with them again.

I am deeply touched by the services given to me by your company. My wife I were trailed by the short distance you were able to find an accommodation for us from the two Haram . Makka was just 6 minutes walk while Madina was just right in the Haram. The flight was on schedule and the Visa process was perfect. The overall experience we have with you more especially from my brother Essa was huge . He was very patience with us during the whole process and even while in Saudi still kept in touch with us. He is an amazing person and I think you are really lucky to have him work for you. I wouldn’t for a second hesitate to recommend your company to my friends , family and contacts.

I have received amazing service by labbaik hajj umrah company. I contacted them at very short notice related to a query of my visa and the way they guided and solved it was amazing and very quick. My experience with Labbaik Hajj Umrah was very good ,all my bookings for hotel and flights were correct and confirmed and any problems I had in Umrah were solved promptly. My travel agent Alisha Ilyas was very quick with contacting me when I needed and solved any issues with no delays Alhamdulilah.I would recommend Labbaik Hajj Umrah to anyone planning to go for Umrah or Hajj.

Great service from Ahsan. He created a tailored package as per my hotel location requirements for our group. Internal travel was arranged for us via umrah cab who were always on time and in constant communication. Flights were via Egypt Air with the return from Madina Airport saving 5 hours travel. Ahsan was in touch thought the trip. Overall a great experience with labbaikhajjumrah.
