We have always been sceptical of trusting travel agencies, however we came across this agency and brother Ahsan. He put our minds at ease and managed a large booking (there were 10 of us). He helped us with all our queries and made sure we got there safely& back. Ahsan made us feel comfortable and made our experience a lot easier. Thank you, duas are with you.

Thanks to essa, i went umrah with the company and im more than satisfied, i was given the best routes and plans for the journey alongside with help pretty much 24:7 and was given the best hotels. Very happy and satisfied with essa✅ will come back soon without doubt

Essa helped me to plan my Umra from beginning to end. It was my first time and I was very nervous. He took his time explain every to me. He was very honest and open both about the prices, hotels, airlines and ziyaraats. He was always available no matter what the time both in the uk and also on my Umra. He even upgraded my hotel in madina. I would have no hestition in recommending him as a contact. I have already provided him as contact to 5 of friend who are wanting to go to Umra soon inshaAllah. Definitely recommend booking your umrah through Labbaik!
Essa helped us through the process and answered any questions we had before, during and after our umrah.
I have to say our madina hotel was rubbish. It says 4star online but it is more like 1.5. Brother Essa did say there is a big difference between Swissotel and zowar & suggested not booking zowar. That was my mistake.
Also we booked 3 car journeys, 2 of which were not satisfactory. I have given this feedback to the relevant people.

Brother Essa was incredibly patient and responsive with us. At first we were a little hesitant to book through a travel agent because of scams, but brother Essa was diligent in answering all our questions especially before the flight. The payment methods were also flexible where we could make the balancing payment a month before the trip. We cannot thank him enough for upgrading our Medina hotel to a 5* one; it made the trip that much more enjoyable. He showed us several dozen packages that were available, made sure the trip fell within our budget, and always was very detailed oriented in making sure our hotel check-in check-out times aligned with our travel times. We do not have enough words to thank him for his kindness and answering our extensive questions and putting us at ease. May Allah reward you for putting this trip together for us!

Excellent company to book your Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.

I booked with Eesa and he worked with me to get me the cheapest flights and I told him that I wanted to stay in the Clock Tower so he found me the Fairmont Hotel.

Our stop over was Cairo so he also arranged the hotel in Cairo because we stayed there a few nights on the way back to see the pyramids.

We flew out from Heathrow because it was cheaper.

We stayed at Fairmont in Makkah which was a really nice 5 star hotel. Breakfast was amazing. (Fairmont have 3 beds in each room and if there’s 4 of you they add another bed/mattress to the room which wasn’t a problem because it was like a bed)

We stayed at the Royal Emaar in Madina which was 5 start again but the breakfast wasn’t as nice.

All in all it was an amazing journey from start to finish and I couldn’t have done it without this company well Eesa who I booked it through.

I will recommend Eesa to all my friends and family and I will definitely inshallah book with him again.

Forgot to mention that he kept in contact me and hilts I was out there to make sure we were ok and there was no problems.

It’s worth booking your transfers and ziyaraats with them as well. That’s what we did. It makes life so much easier.

They sorted the visa s out as well. Tourist visa and it’s valid for 1 year.

I did get the meningitis jab but it’s not mandatory.

This was my second time with the company, first was Hajj and thanks to Allah there were no major issues.

There are usual moans and groans on any trip. Our stay was first in Makkah which was no problem. We all had a great time me my wife and brother in law.

Our big problem happened in Medina when we got to the hotel we were told we would be sharing. I explained that we had paid for a triple room and I was told its a triple sharing room not a room just booked fir us.

At that point I was very angry but I kept cool and remembered why I was here. So eventually we were moved to another hotel with another two families. We were told by Akhbar that we had to pay extra which I agreed.

A few days later I met with Akhbar and I showed him the WhatsApp messages which I had with the booking agent which agree to us having a triple room in both citys.

Akhbar agreed that there's no need to pay but we gave some money so no one would say a bad word against us and there goes our Umrah.

I did explain to Akhbar that the wording was misleading and they should make it clear that you may be moved to another room with other people.

My booking agent Essa was very helpful form the start and I'm very grateful for his help.

I would suggest that anyone booking with any company ask plenty of questions and get you're answers in writing or electronic so you can protect yourselves.

Would not book with this agency again.

I went for umrah on 11/10/23 with my children and grandchildren and wanted nice hotel, transfers to be on time , good hotel location and had everything as Br Essa from Labbaik hajjumrah sold , we were all very happy and will use them again. Br Essa was always communicating with me to find out if I needed anything or was everything from rooms to transfer was ok , I never had this kind of service before as I have been to Umrah and hajj before, thank you for making our journey a great experience, I will definitely be using you again and recommend you to my friends and family excellent service Jazakallahu kairan

Labbaik Hajj Umrah organised our Umrah and did a fantastic job making it a stress-free experience.Essa corresponded with me from the London office as I am in Canada. He was arranging Umrah Package for my daughter & sister who were going to join us for Umrah from London. What a stressfree Umrah we have had. Beautiful hotels as suggested. In my package whatever they’ve mentioned all was genuine.

But they could’ve add travel : airport to Mecca, then Mecca to medina and medina to airport. That might be more helpful for the tourists.

I cannot express how thrilled I am my recent Umrah (17 years i have been waiting for Allah swt to allow me to go to his blessed House). There were a few issue (which were no fault of the company). To start I owe a massive thank you to the incredible Ahsan for his exceptional assistance throughout and guidance throughout the process.

The travel package itself was good (4* package). It was clear that the team at Labbaik HajjUmrah had meticulously crafted every detail to ensure an unforgettable, stress-free experience. The only issue were the choice of hotels, arrived in Makkah to find the hotel closed 2 days before by the police so arrived and had to run around to find where our booking had been moved (no fault of Ahsan). In Madinah they gave us a 3 bed and stuffed a 4th bed in there to make it a 4 bed, had no towels and the staff gave me 1 towel for 4 of us to use when asking for towels. I went to speak to the lady behind the desk and she told me no to everything I asked (very rude and very arrogant lady!) Spoke to the lady manager and she was very helpful, moved us to another room which was a actually 4 bed, but the hotel is not an actual 4* which is what it claims (Zowar International in madina)
The cab service that was suggested and provided by Ahsan added an layer of comfort and convenience to my journey throughout. The drivers were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local areas.

Ahsan, the agent who helped me, deserves special mention fir helping tailor the package for us in the short amount of time. Ahsan's expertise and dedication made the planning process a breeze, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands every step of the way.

Me and my family returned back from Umrah 2 weeks ago Alhamdullilah. It was such an amazing experience we thank Allah for inviting us.

Few months ago I was doing research on travel agents and came across Labbaik Hajj Umrah. They had really good reviews so I went ahead and messaged them for quotes and packages. Mubashir was our agent and we can’t thank him enough for making this whole process easy on us. May Allah reward him immensely for the work he is doing. He dealt with my family of 14 and there were a few hiccups along the way as you’d expect. But none the less we had a really good experience with him. We had a 5* package and the deal was good. The hotels were very nice to stay at (Swissotel Makkah & Pullman Zamzam Madinah). Transfers were also very good, the team kept in touch with us throughout.

Asalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. It all started with me randomly checking who can give me a good umrah deal. What can I say I was greater by brother Mubashir and he told me not to worry he will sort all. I paid a very very fair and competitive price. I was given support 24/7 by brother Mubashir. The whole experience was 100%. We stayed at Emaar Al Khalil Makkah and I had no issues what do ever hotel was clean, staff were absolutely amazing no issues at all. The transport Mubashir set up was perfect on time and kept in touch with me all the time. Brother Mubashir kept in touch with me through out my stay asking if I had any issues. My hotel in Medina was also really nice and located perfectly. Again, very clean and no issues and staff were very kind and helpful. Ziarats were fine with time given to read naffals etc. All in all I am very satisfied with the service received from brother Mubashir and I would highly recommend if it's your first time especially to get in touch and see for yourself. I have already booked again for a visit in Ramadan may Allah SWT accept and needless to say I have again gone through brother Mubashir due to the trust I have built up with him and also the level of service I have received. I only had one issue and that was the booking times of the transport. I WhatsApp brother Mubashir and it was sorted in minutes. I know this seems unusual but I really have no complaints and I am 100% satisfied with my journey and the services received throughout both here in the UK and the companies brother Mubashir has collaborated with in Saudi Arabia. All in all a very professional service I am using again and would deffinately recommend to anyone thinking of going for umrah especially if it's yours first time as the support is really second to none.
