The products are really high quality, I’ve left a thorough review on their website, but essentially the products are made of high quality materials, and really functional. I was looking for an accessory, but ended up using the sling every day, including for work, since it packs a lot without deforming and has dedicated pockets for virtually everything. Experience was seamless from beginning to end, received the product within a week, and looking forward to more stock so I can buy a new one and customize my current one. If you’re looking for a practical, well-build, high quality, aesthetic and functional bag, this is pretty much it. Been getting comments and people asking me where it’s from, and really happy with the experience and product!

I was drawn in by the design and modular function of their build-your-own sling bags and chose the large size. It arrived the next day (earlier than planned!) and is incredible! I emailed the team to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size as I wasn't sure, but didn't end up exchanging as the large ended up working perfectly for my needs! It's well made, the rope straps are stylish, and the design is carefully thought out: enough pockets for securely holding a book, a powerbank, a camera, extra film, and various odds and ends. There's a soft pocket in the back and another in the front with a phone strap to keep things secure. I took this on holiday and it's fast become my everything-bag - my friends want one too! I'd say I'd buy from them again soon but it really seems like it would last a long time. Thanks team Labo Mono!

I got 2 sets of packing cubes in May and they are truly excellent, made of sturdy fabric, with good zips, Ibuse them all the time and absolutely love them. So in July I ordered another set and a t-shirt. Again it's great quality, very soft ams comfortable. I haven't really tested the odour resistance yet but I love the tshirt anyway :)

I’m a big fan of LaboMono after discovering them a few years ago. Their latest addition is a black t-shirt.
Do I like it? Well, a week later and I’ve bought a second one. And my sister tried it on and that’s her birthday present sorted.

So practical and stylish! I'm addicted to this brand, I want to buy everything! So comfortable and practical for travelling and walking around, my only regret is not buying the bigger one too 😅

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, da ich zur zugehörigen Adresse keine vernünftigen Daten auf Maps gefunden habe. Ich habe dennoch bestellt und wurde positiv überrascht! Lieferzeit, Produkt und Qualität sind überzeugend.

Disappointed — rigid return policy, poor customer care, and a faulty product. I bought a sling bag from Labo Mono as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the colour in person and asked to exchange it for another colour — just one week outside their 14-day return window. The item was unused and in perfect condition. They refused, flatly. I found their response unusually rigid — most modern brands offer 28-day returns or show basic flexibility, for a brand new item and especially only an exchange. Instead, I was told their policy is “non-negotiable” and blamed for not acting sooner. What made it worse is that when I went to inspect the bag for resale (as they suggested), I noticed a quality fault — uneven stitching and exposed glue along the seams. I raised this with them under the Consumer Rights Act, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. The whole experience felt unnecessarily adversarial for such a minor ask. I’ve had better service from brands at a fraction of the price. A shame, as I wanted to like and support this company — but I won’t be buying again.

I love labo mono, both my mum and I have the waterproofs from here! I think my mum has the more expensive one and I have the slightly cheaper one. They are amazing, full of pockets, colourful and cool! Really good as I can put my toasty warm Rab jacket underneath and then keep dry over the top! I really want to get the new jacket but do need to save up first :)
Defo recommend though!!
