Very poor quality product
Very poor quality product. Gaps between panels and nearly every edge of panels covering in minor chips with a number of deep chips also.

Too Many Deliveries : I received two boxes then I received a third one on a different day . I haven't opened them yet but judging by the lenth of the box there is goign to be a joint somewhere on the wardrobe door which you don't mention in your advert . But going to give you the benefit of the doubt until I open it next week to build it

Very nice tv unit
The tv unit was delivered on time and well packaged. When attempting to assemble the unit we found the instructions were not too clear and there were a couple of screws missing. Otherwise we are really happy with the product. Its very sturdy and looks good with the tv stood on it. Also it matches our new nest of tables.

Mostly happy
The delivery came on time and when built my daughter was happy with the bed. There were a couple of scratches, but when reported, Lakaza replied very promptly. The finishings weren't great, as there are paper stickers to cover the screws, which I believe will come off easily and do not give the bed the best finished look.

I didn't get the refund yet. The lakaza says my refund has been issued. But it's not credited in bank account

Thank you for the review. Please note the refund was immediately issued on our end and we do not have control over bank transfer time. Usually it takes 5-6 business days for fund to appear back in your account and we also encourage you to contact your bank to check.

The product arrived dwell packaged but…
The product arrived dwell packaged but several of the parts had chips on the corners which would suggest they were packed in a damaged state... I will not buy from this company again
