Ho acquistato il detergente viso cleanising foam che diceva essere delicato. Il detergente è una crema che a contatto con acqua diventa schiumetta. La stessa schiuma della saponetta, stesso odore e quando lo sciacqui stessa sensazione di pelle che tira tantissimo; inoltre c’ è scritto di non usarlo sul contorno occhi ma quando si sciacqua inevitabilmente va un po’ sugli occhi e brucia tantissimo come appunto una saponetta. Pessimo prodotto. Costo prodotto più di 70 euro.. una saponetta in crema carissima. Fortemente sconsigliato

I have been wanting to try La Mer creams for a long time and recently I ordered a 15ml pot of La Mer soft cream.
I am really disappointed to find it has an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of baby lotion with a hue of petrol. I wonder if I have somehow received a dud pot as I read in the reviews it has a pleasant smell.
The cream itself is a nice consistency but the smell is very off putting.

Great cosmetics brand, i love the eye cream gel the most but i admit that other creams are nice too

Full of fragrance. I tried their face cream, it's so thick. Only one day after, my skin started to break out. It's the worst cream I have ever used. I can't get my head around why people would spend so much money for such bad products. I think their target audience are rich people doesn't know anything about skincare and wants to show off.

Ich habe extra online Bestellt weil einem "mit jeder Bestellung" zwei Luxusproben versprochen werden. Ich habe mit meiner aber keine erhalten. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, hiess es, dass ich nicht richtig auf die Proben geklickt hatte und sie daher nicht in meinem Warenkorb waren (aber wie geht das denn, wenn JEDE Bestellung Luxusproben erhält?). Die Dame meinte dann sie könne mir als Entschuldigung einen Gutschein für eine zusätzliche Zuxusprobe für meine nächste Bestellung schicken... Natürlich setzt das voraus, dass ich mir ein zusätzliches Produkt leisten kann und will. Fazit: So etwas gehört sich nicht für einen Brand in diesem Segment.

AMAZING COMPANY! I have acne prone skin so skincare is a hit or miss for me .... I have purchased about 15 items from Lamer ... had issues with three of them and they took the return free of charge .... they completely gave me a credit or a refund and told me to keep the items to see if maybe they'll work again for me. Just returned a 385$ serum which was too much for my skin and broke me out. They contacted my doctor just to check that it gave me a complete rash and they refunded me with a check in the mail. I will forever be a customer of Creme De Lamer .... absolutely a miracle cream as well as my face still looks the same from 24-27 ... its actually odd . I pray it stays this way!! Trust LaMer with your money.

Il giorno 03/04 ho fatto un ordine di prodotti online a nome
di mia mamma, Nicola Gianna, arrivata alla pagina del pagamento ho inserito tutti i dati della carta di credito e si è bloccato il loro sistema, mi appare una scritta che dice che il pagamento non è andato a buon fine e di contattare il customers service. Telefono subito e la persona che mi ha risposto, controllando, mi dice che l’ordine non è; ma di stare tranquilli che nemmeno il pagamento era andato a buon fine quindi di rifare l’ordine. Lo rifaccio subito, IN FEDE alle parole dette dal loro dipendente! Purtroppo l’ordine si è generato doppio ed è arrivato doppio. Con due numeri di ordine diverso. Ciò significa che il pagamento era andato a buon fine, per ben due volte.Trovo vergognoso che ora non si facciano nemmeno sentire, dato che dovrei rendere uno dei due pacchi che è imballato e intatto. Sono loro cliente da sempre e mi auguravo fosse un azienda seria.
Attendo un loro feedback da tre mesi oramai! Ma nessuna risposta! A parte quando mi sono lamentata sul loro fb. Ora mi sono rivolta all’ associazione consumatori. I soldi comunque li hanno incassati per ben due volte!

Simplemente te ignoran, cobran y si te llega, suerte que tienes y si además te llega todo y bien ,un triunfo. No creo que io lo vea.

7 days after purchase, no shipping confirmation, order doesn't even appear on my account... support phone number is FAKE, call goes to an Airport in Germany... No one replies to support emails. Fraudulent company beware!

I bought a set of cosmetics(Revitalizing Renew Collt)on November 7,2019. I opened the package and found that the cosmetics in the bag were all wet. I found that the renewal oil was completely. After that, I emailed for a week continuously without any reply. After the sale, the call is always on, please leave a message and no one answers. Then I tried to send the broken essence bottle back to the address provided on the website without any reply. So far no one has paid attention to me. Such an attitude of such an expensive brand is really terrible.
