Easy to order, delivered quickly

The delivery experience was very bad. It was scheduled several times, once confirmed, I waited at home to receive the parts. But for two times, the delivery person skipped me and said he missed me (while I was kept waiting for hours). Eventually they left the parcel in a local shop (not the one near me) and when I picked it up I found the filter was damaged (bent). So I am very disappointed.

Quick to fix a problem on my washing machine.

The technician was on time and explained and pointed out why the appliance failed to work.

Order the part required and it came damaged. Waited nearly 4 weeks for this to arrive in that condition , another one has been sent out, still to receive.

Repair was organised really quickly. Engineer was professional polite and courteous.

The part I was looking for was easy to find and easy to buy and get delivered to me

Had the part I needed in stock, but the whole process of confirmation of order, communication and delivery was awkward to say the least. However, the part did arrive and did fit.

A difficult company to contact and understanding their dialect when you do was difficult.
We had to wait over two months for them to obtain the defective part. When Neil the engineer attended he was a pleasant and professional person who completed the job.
He had experienced difficulty with google maps sending to the wrong location prior to attending.

Disappointing!!!
While ordering we were told that we could opt into a next day delivery; this wasn't an option on check out. The parts took too long to arrive and are very expensive. Lamona sells you an oven with a very competitive price but then you have to spend another 30-40% of the value of the oven for a basic part that we all need; NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Fridge was replaced and fitted within a week

Turned up with the wrong part so had to wait another week for repair

I am very upset and disappointed somebody called me straight after the engineer left and I explained that he only changed the one bulb on the extractor fan and I explained the engineer told me the connections were faulty but he just left after changing the one bulb.
When I explained this to the man who called me he told me he would get someone to call and email me back and get the whole extractor fan changed!!
To this day I have not received a call nor an email why are your company liars?!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying to repair my Lamona Oven for the past 3 months as 2 of the burners are not working. The Customer Service department which seems to be from an Asian country keep booking the repair for a Friday and yet the engineer is only in the area on a Wednesday. I have been taking time off work for an all day appointment and then for no one to turn up is extremely frustrating. When you call their customer service they advise the engineer is on the way. Please do not buy a Lamona brand as the after care service is terrible.

Having paid a fortune for a Howdens Kitchen you would expect the white goods to be of a reasonable standard. I found that spares are equally expensive however the price of a washing machine draw without any of the other parts was extremely expensive. The add to my woes the delivery time was two weeks whereas the the website says next day delivery. The draw including postage was £65. Just so you can see what a rip off the price was I found the same from another company genuine part direct from manufacturers cost £15 including postage.
