Beautiful lamp. Cheaper than in my local fancy shop and delivery was 2 weeks faster.

Absolute nightmare £50 out of pocket!
Firstly, it was my mistake I placed an order, but it wasn't what I thought I was ordering, so that was probably my own fault, but trying to return it was a mission, firstly no phone service, "due to technical issues" been like that for a couple of months, they cherry pick the emails they will reply to, the chat online, is less than useless, no one ever answers you! Sent an email asking for return address, strangely, no reply, so in desperation sent paid and sent the parcel back to address on the invoice, common sense?
Tracked parcel was delivered to a local post office, suggesting that there isn't anyone at the invoice address? So emailed to let them know, had a reply to tell me I had returned it to the wrong address, well if someone had answered my emails, that scenario wouldn't have happened!! I asked them to collect from the post office, no reply, so the parcel is sitting in a post office somewhere in Lancashire, Lancashire Lighting have £40, something pound of mine, and it cost me to return the parcel, so I am at present £50 out of pocket and being totally ignored by Lancashire Lighting, wish I had read reviews before buying from them, guess they are ok until there's a problem, then they seem to vanish! Absolute shambles of a company, save your money time and effort, shop elsewhere!

Order placed for item in stock but 10 days later no sign of it. Can’t contact by phone and e mails ignored. Complete rip off . Will have to get money back through credit card company

I ordered a lampshade over a month ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent three emails and tried to call but have heard nothing from Lancashire Lighting. I would like my money back.

Order not delivered and no response to multiple email. I’m now having to go to my bank to try to get my money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COIMPANYT- FRAUDSTERS I was sent a faulty pendant light that stopped working after 1 day of use. I contacted Lancashire lighting to ask for a refund and return the light. I sent the light back and was notified by royal mail that they had received it. It has been two months now and Lancashire lighting have totally ignored my emails and blocked their phone number. They have still not issued my refund of £189. I will be taking legal action against them. absolute crooks!

I paid for my order 4 weeks ago and nothing has been received. The telephone number given keeps saying it doesn’t accept calls and there is no response to my emails. I now need to involve a 3rd party to get my money returned. Beware

I sent an email that said one of the bulbs did not work but got no reply.

Not an impressive company at all once they have your money they are just not interested I had a query to raise and absolutely no response do yourself a favour shop else where

Worst experience ever, place order in 5th of April ,today is 15 and no email about delivery, no answer calls or emails, well disappointed I don't know how to get my money back

Ordered IN STOCK items only to be told 3 days later that it’s not in stock. In fact was contacted on day 1 and confirmed that the order will be dispatched today. But when it did not arrived, queried and they said it’s not in stock.

Fast delivery, very well packaged, accurate description on website, good price.

Ordered an in stock item on 23rd February, with estimated delivery in 2-3 working days. 2nd April, still no item and no communication. Live chat is not actually live - managed to get a response once and was told item was due into stock within 2 weeks. Further live chat, no response, emails are not replied too and telephone isn't working.

I made an order of sockets and light switches for my new kitchen - several of the items were damaged due to non-existent protective packaging - notified Lancashire Lighting immediately via their ”live chat” which is useless - far from being live I just received “missed live chat emails” which were unhelpful - in the end they agreed to replace damaged items but they never arrived - AVOID THIS COMPANY - you can’t speak to them on the phone and their communications/customer service are appalling, plus they do not send or refund for damaged items - I contacted Trendi Switch direct and they sent me replacements free of charge by next day delivery - that is proper customer service.
