LANDSCAPING SUPERSTORE Opiniões

I ordered some commercial hose trolleys from LS and the supplier despatched the wrong models. (Suppliers mistake, not LS’s). I asked for a refund and the response from LS was prompt, friendly and efficient with the incorrect items being collected immediately and the refund being processed with a few days.

quick delivery,no damage very happy with items and delivery would recommend using this site again

Excellent experience. Easy to find products & info. Good prices compared to
Most competition. Easy ordering and excellent customer service. Order was delivered promptly and very efficiently. Very impressed. If only all companies were this good. Definitely recommend.

To order was very straight forward. Was kept in touch when it would be delivered which was quicker than expected. Staff and delivery driver were very professional.

Exactly as described and delivered promptly.

I was a little disappointed with the product it looked like it was down the bottom of the yard for a very long time and they were glad to get it off their hands!

Great service, delivered promptly with no issues. Will highly recommend 👌🏽

Easy to order online , delivery was as expected when they said and packaged well

Easy process throughout, easy to order, kept up to date regarding delivery and correct items delivered when expected.

Very good stone areived after a couple of days, very cheap
Compared to other places. Highly recommended

Easy to order prices are competitive,
Material was exact and delivery driver was friendly and clearly experienced as they had not much room for offload and exceed well.

The concrete mix sand was different from the sharp sand that we ordered. The sand was delivered by depositing in the front garden whilst we were still in bed and without any text or similar message.

Delivered early and at the correct site and position. No complaints.

We had a large bag of gravel delivered. Competitive prices. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful, he offered loaded to where my husband needed to be. As a 74 year old things like that are very much appreciated.
Very easy to order. We would recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our delivery, the bullnose edging were just what we wanted and at a very good price. Everything delivered in good order and the driver very friendly and abliging. Thank you, we will think of you if we need anything else.

I would recommend this company to anyone my delivery was on time and the driver was so helpful I ordered the wrong gravel and the driver changed it to The correct size he was more than happy to make sure I was happy I would use this company again and the prices were good 10out of 10 thank you

Absolutely brilliant service. I made the huge mistake of buying three 20kg bags of shingle on line from B&Q for £50…then waited 10days for it to be delivered. In the meantime I discovered Landscaping Superstore which offered me 800kg of shingle delivered for £89. It was in fact delivered within 36hrs and was excellent quality. Also I was kept updated throughout. I would highly recommend Landscaping Superstore….they offer superb service and score ten out of ten in my book

Very poor experience, wait to long to get any answer from my order , 1 hour waiting on the chat , to get a any response from them, they didn't found my order number , I can't wait any longer to get my order. If you don't want to waste your time , do not buy from them. plus when I said that would like to cancel my order , the left the chat without saying anything .

Great service and delivery fast, as expected

Not happy with service. Third party business. So read all the rules information before buying.
