Summerhouse was delivered in good time. All parts there and unloaded safely. Put together relatively easily, although some areas didn't tighten in as much as hoped, but still love it.

We were advised by our supplier delivery would be with you on the 30th April and we have had no further notifications from them to advise it couldn't be delivered or has been delayed.

Non receipt of goods purchased
To date, I have not received all of my orders. The first two bags were delivered without any problems. Then a different driver came with 3 pallets after a wait of over 2 weeks and did not have the correct equipment to move the pallets. One was deposited on my driveway and after phone calls with tendering express, Braintree, the pallet was moved to the side but the driver left with the remaining 2 bags promising to return with the correct lifting equipment. I am now going to ask for a refund of the two bags that were not delivered. I will NEVER buy from Landscaping again and would not recommend this company.

I can see from the notes on your order that there was an issue with where to offload the items as pallet trucks cannot travel over grass or gravel without sinking/getting stuck.
I can see you have spoken with customer services to get a collection and refund arranged.

Great price, great delivery.
Best price I found, delivery driver, could not have been more helpful, he dropped it off as close as possible to our door, I'm very happy and would highly recommend.

Ordered about 3 ton of sharp sand to put on my lawn
Had a problem with the delivery (3rd party) but Bogdan, Teegan and Renn in customer service were very helpful and got them to come back and move the delivery to where I wanted it.
