They don’t even deserve a one one star rating. They’re a scam. They put me through the grinder . Try to return what turned out to be super inferior product jerked me around when I wanted to return it and never sent me a packing label for return and refund and then told me after they drag things out that their supposed 30 day window for return had expired this company is a rip off. Do not do business with these people.

Item not as described and pictured on the web site. Do not buy from them. Absolutely cheap materials used.

Looks nothing like the advertised piece.

I received the (2) Decanter and glass sets that I ordered. However, they are completely inferior to the product described and pictured in their advertisement. The decanter is half the size as pictured. The artwork is nothing more than a decal. The decanter glass is thinner than the drinking glass. And the coloration on one of the glasses already has imperfections.
I have requested returning them for a refund. They want the product returned to China! This, of course, makes it unaffordable to do! They offered a 25% discount if I keep them. I have no reason to keep them. I wouldn't give this cheap product to anyone. So they have a great SCAM going! The product isn't even worth the 25% discount. So they make a tremendous profit. If I had known this would be coming from China, I would never have ordered it!

The products I ordered arrived and appeared nothing like the ads and pictures on the website. They are much smaller and made of cheep glass and plastic. I ordered the HD motorcycle, eagle, and 250 anniversary drinking glass.

Product is nothing what it looks like online. They asked me to send pics and confirmed what I received is correct even though it was totally misrepresented (even after I sent the obvious difference. I won't order from them again. I'd give zero starts if it were an option.

What I expected to receive for the price I paid was a cat that looked like the one they pictured which was a beautiful, handcrafted glass stain cat lamp but what I received was a heavy plastic Halloween looking light up cat. I am currently trying to return and get full refund and as of right now they have offered me 15% back to keep it, 25% back to keep it, and I have yet to get a return address. I wish I could have posted the pictures of theirs and the one they sent me which was not an option on this platform.

I ordered 4 stained-glass cats as gifts. I received 3 tiny, cheap dime-store plastic cats that don’t look anything like the cats pictured and probably aren’t worth 2 dollars each! Total junk!!!! I am angry! I wrote 2 emails to Lane 76, but after reading these reviews, I know I will get no satisfaction and unlikely a response at all!! Now I’m back to square one with the gifts!!! I am pissed!!!

This is a scam! Do not buy anything from this rip off company. We bought a decanter..advertised as crystal delivered cheap glass. The size of the decanter fit into the palm of your hand. God help you when you try to return the piece of garbage. This was a gift…the person who received it thought is was a joke.

Scam!! Had to call my bank to get my money back.They never, ever sent my stuff bought over three hundred dollars worth of stuff from them, and they never sent it

If you don’t want to be scammed, DON’T ORDER! Horrible. Misrepresentation of products, once received they’re junk.(plastic and small). You can think, “oh, I can return them. They report “easy refund policy”. NOPE! “. This company won’t give you the return mailing slip, they offer 10% credit and you keep the product.” That speaks clearly if they don’t want their product back. BEWARE! Never again

Book Mug not as pictured, very dull look, when picture looked extremely colorful, with a metal cup inside it, that isn't even centered, big gap on side, very cheap looking, like 5 and 10 store. Stormtrooper plastic not glass !!!!

It really junk products and customer service is shit!
This company shall be punished to operate such a scam system through out America.
They sell you dollar store products, I mean they are much worse don't worth a dollar and only make you feel you are a fool to keep their decanter after you see it. They will keep giving you discount to negotiate you to keep their shit, so disgusting. Then the customer service agent Emily will trick you to return products to where they come from which is china. I am a chinese, and I can tell you that this is not the responsibility of chinese manufacturing because quality chinese company are manufacturing much great products but this Lane76.com insist they are some products as advertised. They reviewed the picture of all 3 decanter I bot, I think they are blind or they are losing their's mind.
This business need to be down. I am very angry.
I sent their decanter back and still expecting the refund. It looks like another scam on return and refund. I will report to business bureau if it doesn't refund me.

Horrible... False advertising... tiny bottles are not as depicted

Ordered decanter for anniversary gift. Never received. Contacted company and was told that I didn't give a full address so it was returned. I had to give a full address or they would have not been able to charge my credit card. I have asked for the item to be re-shipped or refunded, they have done neither. This is going on 4 months and I am still fighting them. United States Justice Department, instead of going after people that are innocent, go after these fraudulent companies that are stealing our hard earned money!

Description and pictures are very deceiving product is junk. Can’t be more than $1.00 in materials. It’s not high quality resin it’s junk plastic. BEWARE it looks nothing like the photos. So disappointed!!!!! I definitely feel like I’ve been scammed😢

First, Lane76 it's false advertising they don't come to within 10% of the pictures they show the packaging they show is just for that to show, the material they us for shipping is no wonder they arrive broken, the only thrue thing about this company is (sorry but I can't find anything real about them), so as good as they may look and as much discount they offer it's just not worth it, save yourself a headache and even an ulcer, but most of all save your MONEY. The reason for one star is, you can't review zero star just listen to the old saying (if it's to good to be true then 10 out of 10 it's not true)

this is a SCAM. I ordered the mustang and motorcycle decanter. Came in broken. I emailed them I wanted a refund because the quality was so cheaply made. They said They had to ship new product to replace, which is not what it says in return policy, and then I can return. I did that and they offered me 10% discount, when I said no, they offered 25% to keep them. They never said return location was in China. DO NOT fall for this scam as I did. I even read return policy and they still scammed me, They need shut down

Beware of this fraudulent company! I ordered a Michael Myers decanter from this site, and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the online image. I emailed thier customer service. Even though I expressed that that item wasn't the same as in the image, they responded with, yes it looks the same to them and offered me a 25% refund, and said for me to keep the item. Also, to return the item, I was emailed an address in China. Such a scam! They take your money and send you garbage. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! YOU'LL BE SORRY.

SCAM. Pictures and website reviews are fake. Smaller than a cup, packaged poorly and poor quality. No address on site and no return information provided. They just give you the runaround.
