Paid £70 for a battery and it came on…
Paid £70 for a battery and it came on time. The battery is completely dead and it doesn’t work on my laptop. It’s not charging, took to 3 laptop repair shops, all said the battery is too old and not functioning so they inserted back my old battery. Will be returning soon, please check before buying from this company !!!

Based on the reference number attached to this post, I believe this was a replacement for a Dell HK6N5 battery purchased from us February 1st
We track the serial numbers of all batteries that we ship and based on the serial number the battery was manufactured in 2023 so it should not be an age issue. But, if the battery is not working then please contact us to arrange a return and refund or replacement

Trustworthy battery seller
Found a very good price on a replacement battery for a Dell Inspiron laptop and (after a couple of bad experiences with other online sellers) I am happy to report that this battery works as advertised. It has been through over a dozen full charge cycles and still is showing 100% capacity in my HWmonitor app on Windows, it's working just like the original battery.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Your order was placed at 7:03pm (after business hours)on January 7th, we then shipped your battery order next day January 8th.
Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery process.
We have checked with the courier (DHL in this case) as to what the reason was for the delay and they responded as follows:
On January 9th DHL attempted to deliver the battery but there was no-one at the premises they left a card to re-arrange delivery which you did for January 11th. Unfortunately on January 11th, DHL had an issue which meant that they could not get to your address on time. DHL have told us that they will attempt to deliver the battery again today.
We do apologise for this delivery delay which was completely beyond our control. Unfortunately we were not aware of any issue until we saw your Trustpilot review. If the battery is no longer required by you because it arrived too late, feel free to contact us about returning it for a full refund.

Replacing a laptop battery is a bit of a minefield with so many to choose from. Laptop Battery made the process simple with its search facility. The price was competitive, postage prompt and most important, the battery was the right one and works just fine - would recommend

I have reviewed your case and noted the following...
1. Your review states that you "Paid for express". We include FREE SHIPPING with ALL orders to UK customers, so not only did you not pay for express shipping but you did not pay anything for shipping.
2. You placed your order on Dec. 4th at 5:43pm according to the timestamp on our system
"04 Dec 2023 17:43:55"
Our warehouse closes at 5:30pm so we obviously could not ship to you that day.
Also, the product page clearly states that
"All orders for in stock units received before 4pm will be shipped same day from our warehouse in Surrey. Delivery is normally next working day dependent on our couriers."
and above the "Add to Cart" button it states:
"Same day shipment for in stock items. Delivery within 24-48 hours
Free Shipping"
Your order was prepared for shipment at 10:48am the next morning (Dec. 5th), 17 hours (less than 2 working hours) after your order was received
It was collected by DHL at 12:08pm. Unfortunately, due to a delay at DHLs warehouse it was not delivered next working day as intended, but delivered to you on Dec. 7th as per below tracking details

3. Regarding our customer service response, you were sent an automated email Dec. 5th advising that your order had shipped and including the DHL tracking details
You sent an email to us at 3:03pm Dec. 6th which was answered 19 minutes later at 3:22pm
You responded at 3:25pm saying that you had not received any updates from DHL. We responded 33 minutes later to say that we would call DHL to get an update.
We do try and ship all orders within hours of order receipt which we did in this case. We also have a next day delivery arrangement with all our couriers but sometimes delays happen at the couriers side which are out of our control. Although your order did leave our building within hours of you placing it, we are sorry that you did not receive the order for a further 2 days and we will continue to work with our couriers to ensure that they are able to operate to the high standards which we and our customers expect of them

Great experience. I ordered the wrong thing by accident, they were very quick and friendly to correspond about it on email. Refund was processed as quickly as I returned it and the correct battery was dispatched equally as fast. Battery came with a good charge and worked immediately.
