Thank you for saving my laptop from the bin !!!
I look after my stuff. My Dell laptop has served me well and is still going strong 9 years on. But the battery was completely finished and I could only use it connected to via plug. No replacement batteries available via Dell UK and Dell USA had but wouldn't accept a non-US credit card. Thank you LaptopBattery.co.uk for stepping in and helping!
FYI - just so you know as the consumer - newer batteries will often be smaller and look completely different as the technology advances. I thought I had been sent the wrong battery as the new was just over half the size - but alas it aligned up perfectly and fitted right in (and makes the laptop lighter too!)
Had some initial issues with the charge holding but after a couple cycles of full charge + full depletion the battery health is working just as expected. Thanks for the email tips!

Wrong Battery
The battery I ordered, for XPS13 9360 as stated on website, was delayed and then when received not compatible with the laptop.
Still awaiting a resolution.

Review of receipt of Aser laptop battery
This was a further experience of excellent Customer Service!
The battery arrived the following day, after it had been ordered. Finely wrapped too to prevent transit damage,should that be a danger.
Definitely full marks!!

Quality battery
Easy to order and reassured you have the correct battery, just ask and by return email you get an answer. Prompt delivery, there are cheaper but I feel confident the quality control with this UK based company is good so for me worth the extra.

Paid £70 for a battery and it came on…
Paid £70 for a battery and it came on time. The battery is completely dead and it doesn’t work on my laptop. It’s not charging, took to 3 laptop repair shops, all said the battery is too old and not functioning so they inserted back my old battery. Will be returning soon, please check before buying from this company !!!

We did not receive any communication from you prior to seeing this review.
Based on the reference number attached to this post, I believe this was a replacement for a Dell HK6N5 battery purchased from us February 1st
We track the serial numbers of all batteries that we ship and based on the serial number the battery was manufactured in 2023 so it should not be an age issue. But, if the battery is not working then please contact us to arrange a return and refund or replacement
