Fast response to my order, equally quick delivery and well packed. As would be expected the battery was a drop in replacement for the original. Time will tell on its performance.

Battery fine and replacing the old one quite easy following a good video on Youtube. No need to virtually disassemble the laptop as in iFixit.
Delivery was rather stupid. Firstly the tracking called it NRG Parts Ltd so no clue that this was Laptopbattery. Then delivery between 12.14pm and 2.14pm. When did it arrive? 11am. No knock at the door (I was in and probably visible) but it was left on the doorstep. Fortunately at my cottage not my neighbours.

I ordered a replacement battery for my work laptop through the website. The order did go through but in a couple of hours I received an email stating that the website showing stock was in error and that my battery would have to be ordered.

My point of contact was "Luke" throughout this from the first email to the end of the order.

Beyond the initial snag I can't recommend them enough.

First of all, communication was clear, respectful and fast. They offered an immediate full refund, or alternatively an order with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks.

Second, I specified that I have a hard deadline 4 weeks after the order date where I would need the laptop and asked them whether that would be possible. They said that I will have my battery before the date that I set, and not only did I receive it a bit before the 3 weeks that they specified, it was really well packaged and arrived very fast upon their delivery from their import partner.

I can't stress how important it is to not worry about the battery you're receiving, and so far the reviews have pointed them as the most reliable source.

Third, last and definitely not least, Luke updated me through the duration of this process (imports, shipments, etc) UNPROMPTED, I can't note how RARE that is nowadays and how it reduces the ordeal of having one machine not working.

Would recommend and buy again definitely!

Fast, easy service for my discontinued laptop, I'd been sold an inferior battery on eBay previously which expired within a few weeks, this one seems much better and I'm thrilled to have my laptop working again! Arrived the next day, well packaged and easily installed.

I was looking for a battery for my HP 250 g4 Notebook Laptop. This company appeared to sell replacement batteries at a good price, however no cell manufacturers are listed on their website. I emailed their support about it, however they refused to give me any information about cells, stating "we cannot release this information under any circumstance"

Due to the lack of information I cannot recommend anyone buy from this company as information about the cells is crucial for verifying a batteries safety.

Update: I appreciate the response and information you've given about the cells used. From a customers point of view "Top quality batteries" is just marketing. Had the cell manufacturers you listed here been in the product listing or had you just provided Samsung, LG, Panasonic in the emails we exchanged, I would've purchased a battery and left a positive review. It's the lack of information and marketing fluff that sets off alarm bells. I hope you understand my concerns and I will upgrade my review for being transparent.
