Patient, helpful and prompt response.
I ordered the battery from abroad and had to make sure I am buying the right one. I thus engaged with the company by mail and was happy that the response was quick. It took a few mails to find the exact battery and the staff members who responded were always helpful and prompt. I never had to wait long for a response. I have had the battery fitted and so far it is working perfectly well.

Happy with the service provided
It was easy to find the right battery, which was delivered quickly and well packaged. The battery was easy to fit and given the laptop a new lease of life with about a 4-5 hour improvement over the old one.

Excellent web site, easy to find correct battery and order. Fast delivery and securely packaged. Good price too. While I was at it I also ordered a new charging pack. That was equally as easy to order. Very pleased with both orders.

Good battery
I was able to find the correct battery for my laptop easily and at a good price. It was dispatched and received quickly and it fits the laptop perfectly. Great to have a laptop with a working battery again.

Quick delivery, right product
Batteries are a minefield. So many reports of fires caused by poor quality products. I searched for a reliable company on Trustpilot and found a lot of positive reviews of this company. Ordered a replacement battery from them for my elderly laptop that wouldn't charge. Correct product delivered quickly. New battery rejuvenated my laptop, saving it from the recycling centre. Very pleased with the service and happy to recommend this company.

Excellent Service the Battery for my HP Spectre 360
Excellent Service the Battery for my Laptop was the right one. It was good to know i could call them and check the Customer service was very good. Also good to know they are based in the UK. So much easier than dealing with some of these sites that are overseas. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Working well in the first few weeks
Arrived quickly and so far has worked well. It is to early to tell if it will continue to work these reviews are only good after a year to see if the battery is still holding a charge
