One of the best clinical experiences of my life! From beginning to end skincare specialists Jamila and Natalie walked me through the steps of my treatments (Laser hair removal vía Candela and facial microneedling via sylfirm). Professional, informative and quality are the words that come to mind when dealing with Laseraid UK.

Our clinic has been a Laseraid client for a while now. I can only describe our experience as excellent.

The laser machine we rented was a Candela with Zimmer cooling system. The condition of the equipment was like new. We had no problems with their operation and Laseraid’s technical support is incredible.

We found their package of rental support flexible and comprehensive. The fact that they offered us a 3 month probation period was simply excellent, so we could see if we needed the machines and if we did not then in that probation period we could return the equipment after a week’s notice. No where else offered us such high quality equipment on these terms.

Also, with the rental package you get a complete suite of support. You do not have to worry about breakdowns or costly repair, as you do when buying a laser system. Also, they provide business and marketing support and on-site training to the team. It is a complete package of the highest calibre.

Laseraid was the best move for our business and we felt that we were in safe hands with professional people who had the same interest in seeing our clinic grow and expand. It definitely feels like a partnership more than just a rental company.

We rate Laseraid as totally excellent with not a single negative experience at our end.

Amazing service! Who ever we came across on this company has been friendly, professional, efficient and supportive! They are quick in responding which is the best part. Would highly recommend them!

We have the Soprano Titanium and it came up with an overheating error. We switched the machine off and could hear a hissing now coming from the back. I spoke to Darren who deals with servicing and repairs and he immediately diagnosed the fault over the phone. It was about 5pm when I spoke to him. The next morning at 10AM his engineers were here with a brand new part. They changed out the part and went through the machine to make sure there were no other problems before they left. Laseraid understand that if your machine is not working then you are unable to work. Fantastic response and service from this company. If you need servicing or just honest advice these are the people to speak to. They are looking to build a relationship with your business rather than just take your money.

Our experience with Laseraid has been great so far. Everyone we have come into contact with at the company has been so knowledgeable and friendly, from Darren their service manager who came down to service our machine, to Jamila & Natalie who carried out our training and to Jamel who has been more than helpful with any questions we have had. Would highly recommend!
