Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused and appreciate you acknowledging the quality of our jewellery.

We’d like to clarify the circumstances around the delay. Your refund could not be processed while a PayPal dispute was open, as our system is automatically locked during disputes and prevents any action from being taken. Once the dispute was closed, the refund required manual processing and was actioned as a matter of urgency.

The overall timeline was unfortunately extended due to two factors: the return was sent from Germany to UK in the festive period and took longer than ususal to reach us, and the PayPal dispute was opened alongside the return request, which is uncommon and caused additional restrictions on our side.

Regarding customer service, while we do use AI to support and triage enquiries, all cases are reviewed and handled by a human member of our team. Your case was transferred accordingly, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to fully resolve the matter before the dispute and review were submitted.

We always aim to process refunds promptly and fairly, and we’re sorry that this situation did not reflect our usual standards of service. Your refund has now been completed, and we hope this brings the matter to a satisfactory close.
