Great choice of beautiful Jewellery
I have ordered from Latelita a few times now. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. There is a wide range of jewellery on offer making choosing a bit tricky!! Each time I have ordered it has arrived promptly and in the most beautiful packaging. The Jewellery is great quality and I would definitely recommend Latelita especially if you are looking for something a bit unique.

I bought a necklace for my niece's birthday on Latelita website, and everything went perfectly well ! Aside from a large choice, the quality of the necklace is very high, the packaging perfect for a gift, and the delivery on time.

Excellent Service and Stunning Jewellery
I had a fantastic experience shopping with Latelita. Their customer service was outstanding – super fast to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the purchasing process. It really made me feel confident in my order.
Delivery was swift, and the item arrived beautifully packaged. I loved that the packaging was fully recyclable, though it was almost too gorgeous to recycle!
The jewellery itself is absolutely stunning, even more beautiful in person. I’ll definitely be shopping with Latelita again and highly recommend them for both quality and service.

Bad quality
I got a pair of chandelier earrings for my birthday a couple of years ago. I liked them but didn’t wear them very often as they only go with a few things. I took very good care of them but one of the stones fell out. Contracted customer services and they wanted £30 to fix them. The earrings were just over £100 to buy. Their warranty is only six months. Wouldn’t buy from them again as the quality doesn’t seem very good. And their customer service is awful.
Edit- I have edited as I was wrong about the warranty. It is six month, not three. This was my mistake but I stand by my other comments. I would have expected these earrings to last longer than 15-20 wears for the price. I also think a six month warranty is still very short and there is clearly a reason for this. Future customers should avoid unless they don’t mind paying £100 plus for jewellery that’s worse quality than something you’d buy out a high street store.

After a thorough review of your case, we have determined that the item in question was purchased as a gift from Wolf & Badger stores in 2022 for £175—over three years ago. You contacted us in May 2025, stating that you had worn the earrings a maximum of 15–20 times and that a stone recently dropped. You requested a replacement under warranty.
As we informed you, our warranty covers LATELITA pieces for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Your item is clearly outside this warranty period, which expired long ago. Despite this, we offered you a fair and reasonable solution through our repair service, which is available for all LATELITA pieces. For a standard fee of £30—including two-way postage with prepaid labels provided by us—we would attempt a repair. If a repair is not possible, we would issue a complete replacement.
Your review, as it stands, contains inaccurate statements and misrepresents your experience with us. It is unfair to suggest that we have not offered you a resolution. In fact, we have gone above and beyond what is required under the terms of our warranty.
We urge you to reconsider your review and amend it to accurately reflect the situation. Unfounded or misleading statements negatively impact our reputation and can mislead potential customers.

I rarely leave reviews but I am so pleased with my purchase that I wanted to leave positive feedback. I purchased a pair of earrings as a gift. The delivery was very prompt and the earrings are very pretty and amazing quality for the price. They were also beautifully packaged. I will definitely have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

Quality of a $400 pair of earrings was poor for the price. It increased a lot after tariffs were announced. I will return.

We would like to clarify that there are no tariffs on jewellery items, so the price increase is not related to tariffs. Rather, the increase is due to exchange rate fluctuations, as our prices are determined in GBP, and recent political instability has affected the USD pricing.

Turned me into a fanboy of the brand
I’ve purchased from Latelita before and I find their products really great. I bought a green earring and was worried that it would appear dull in comparison to the photo against the ear but it definitely does not: It retains its colour and vibrancy which is perfect. My sister recently purchased a Gatsby Ring after I mentioned the site and she’s obsessed by it now. Really amazing products, top quality, fast delivery. Will purchase again

You never really know what to expect when you order things on line BUT these did not disappoint. I have started digging out old outfits & semi-precious bead necklaces to wear with these earrings.
I dont really wear dangly swinging earrings - unless of very formal occasions but I will wear these.
They are stunning.
