Je suis ravie des articles achetés, au total 3 paires de boucles d'oreille qui sont de belle facture et sont très chic.
Malheureusement un boucle d'oreille s'est cassée et le service client a tout fait pour trouver une solution alors que j'avais acheté l'article 14 mois auparavant. Il m'ont fabriqué une nouvelle boucle et on géré l'envoi postal depuis la France.

I have a very dear and meaningful memory of pomegranates, I used to collect and share some with my mom before she passed away and since then I have been looking for a beautiful, reality-catching pomegranate pendant but they all didn't catch the dearness and the affection I carry for this fruit !!! Not until I come across your Atelier.
Once again thank you for allowing me now to carry this beautiful necklace which is to me more than a mere necklace on my neck but rather a cradle of memories and love to my deceased mom 🤍🕊️Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Stunning superb quality tennis bracelet! So sparkly !! Absolutely beautiful and with an evening gown would look like real diamonds as the stones are not too big and flashy. The stones are the size you most likely would have if it was a real diamond bracelet. Always prompt delivery, comes beautifully packaged, with detailed care info. Third purchase from Latelita and there is literally nothing I do not like buying from this company! Latelita are simply the best.

I received the stunning Pearl Honey Drop Bee earrings as a birthday gift from my partner, and while I absolutely adored them, there was a issue with one of the stud backs upon opening the box. However, my experience with Latelita and their exceptional customer service made this a non-issue.
I reached out to Latelita and was fortunate to speak with Stephen over the phone. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely eager to resolve the situation. We also exchanged emails, during which I sent over images of the issue. To my delight, later that same day, I received a postage label along with a thoughtful email from Stephen, who hand-selected the replacement earrings and even included a photo for my approval. The level of attention to detail was remarkable.
Once my return was received, I received another email from Stephen confirming that the replacement had already been shipped for next-day delivery, along with a bonus pair of spare studs. I was so impressed by how seamlessly everything was handled.
The earrings are not only a birthday gift but they will also be part of our wedding day, and I couldn't be more excited to wear such a beautiful pair.
A huge thank you to Stephen and Latelita for their outstanding service and for making this experience unforgettable. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life! We are getting married in July and I am so excited for everyone to see the earrings.
