Terrible quality, overpriced dress returned to China at a high postage cost to me. Lin Lin has stopped communicating and will not refund. Do not recommend shopping on this site. Disingenuous standard reply to negative reviews is unappreciated.

Ordered a stunning dress online advertised on Facebook and received a flimsy cheap tiny dress that was nothing like the one in the ads. They then sent a generic reply to my complaint advising that I had three options, keep and enjoy (!), return for a refund or return and choose another dress from their catalogue all at my own postal cost shopping to China. The quality of the dress received, plus having the cost of return, makes for terrible customer service. Moral of the story - always check Trust Pilot first

Liars and Terrible Customer Service
They "claim" that they have tried to deliver to me. Not so. I have cameras at my gate and they have not been to my delivery address. Their customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. They ask for your tracking number in an automated call, and then tell you it isn't valid and disconnect your call. I had to go to American Express to get my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store.
I purchased several dresses for my wife, but unfortunately they did not fit, so I returned them within the allowed return period, following the seller’s return instructions.
When the parcel reached Chinese customs, the customs authorities requested additional documents from the recipient (the seller) before the shipment could be cleared. FedEx repeatedly contacted the seller by email, but never received any response. They also tried calling the phone number associated with the company, but nobody answered.
At the same time, I sent several emails to the seller asking for assistance. I offered to forward any documents they needed directly to FedEx, provided the shipment tracking number and the contact details of the FedEx customs office, and repeatedly asked them to cooperate so the return could be completed. I even asked for a simple reply to confirm they had received my emails. Unfortunately, every single email was ignored.
After more than a month of waiting and repeated reminders, the shipment has now been declared “abandoned” because the seller failed to cooperate with customs. As a result, I have lost both the returned items and the money I paid for them.
I have also requested a full refund, as this situation was entirely caused by the seller’s lack of cooperation and complete absence of customer support. Once again, I have received no response.
I cannot recommend this store. Good customer service is measured when problems arise, and in my case there was absolutely no customer service at all. Buyers should be aware that if anything goes wrong with their order or return, they may be left completely without support.

I purchased a dress and pair of boots 4 months ago which I returned within 1 week. LAVECHIC still owe me over £100.00 despite having sent them over 15 emails asking when I will be reimbursed. I have not had any response from them. I have never known a company to be so unprofessional and I strongly advise not to purchase anything from them. I am so disappointed with their service and now I am £100 out of pocket not to mention the stress of it all. They are an absolute disgrace…

et le site m'a proposé de rajouté chf 17.-- à ma commande pour avoir la bonne jupe on m'a baladée pendent quarante jours en me demandant des photos et encore des photos et ensuite on m'a signalé que la jupe n'était plus en stock et de choisir autre chose ce que j'ai refusé et ils refusent de me rembourser les chf 55.- à moins de renvoyer la jupe ce qui évidemment est trop compliqué c'est un site d'arnaqueur à fuir

To everyone who is looking to order anything from this company, please don’t!! I have been chasing my refund of nearly £100 for a month.
I was in contact with Lin Lin who confirmed that refund will be issued as soon as they receive the dresses! She is now ignoring my emails! This company is the biggest crooks I’ve known!!! They will be polite when you e ordered something & trust me when you receive it, the items will be nothing like what you see on their website. Furthermore, if you ask for a refund, you can kiss that money goodbye!!
They will forever be apologetic etc etc but they will not refund your money

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. I read the reviews after I made my purchase and tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes. They would not allow me to cancel an instead shipped the item anyways and now they are not responding to my emails. This company is the worst. I lost $70 and I’m stuck with clothes that look nothing like the picture.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Shocking quality awful service - the whole thing is misleading as this is a Chinese based operation!! I ordered a dress which was appalling sent it back at a cost of 35 euro postage - they don’t want to refund - they offer money off your next purchase errr I certainly won’t be buying from these scammers again!

❌ One of the three dresses was missing.
❌ They first told me it was shipped separately, then later admitted it was out of stock.
❌ They promised a full refund within 3–5 business days.
It has now been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my refund.
My bank (Revolut) confirmed that no refund has been received, despite the merchant claiming it was processed.
Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails.
⚠️ Late delivery.
⚠️ Missing items.

The fabric is not lightweight as described.
The description didn't disclose what the fabric was (which I thought was strange) but claimed it was lightweight. Instead, it is a very heavy polyester. The dress is beautiful but cannot be worn in the Summer. This heavy fabric can only be worn during a cold Winter season.

My husband ordered two outfits for me
My husband ordered two outfits for me, arrival time was ok but the quality is atrocious, the material is cheap and nasty.
A size larger was ordered ( just in case) but I went to try on the dress and the zip wouldn’t even meet, there was probably a foot gap!
The trouser suit was way too small… again ordered a size bigger. The bodice bit of it is not long enough.
To be fair they have offered to keep the outfits ( that I can’t pass on) and reorder….. I don’t think so.
Also as stated in previous comments, the clothes are nothing like the pictures.

This is not a legitimate company. I ordered two dresses at a cost of $136. They shipped faulty product: one dress with a rip in the fabric and one dress with a broken zipper. They refused to refund for the products and said to get a full refund I would need to ship the product back at a cost of $136. Do not order from this company.
As a response to their response. They did hear from me and still would not fully refund their product. Their response is just fluff and they do not follow through or stand by their product. If they did they would offer a full refund.
