Very similar to other reviews, I’ve ordered x2 dresses which looked amazing in pics but what was received were horrible poor quality and looked nothing like the adverts. I returned items at the end of May and they were delivered 5 June. I’ve been emailing now for over a week with no response from ‘Lin Lin’. I am absolutely disappointed with the service from this online store and in hindsight if I had read the reviews would not have purchased. I am now at a loss of what to do next, or has Linlin gone on holiday will she be responding soon ? Maybe she is the only one in Customer services? Has anyone managed to get a full refund ?
You have responded to my review, with no mention of prioritising my refund ? Can you please confirm either on my review or via email when this will completed ? Maybe to prioritise returns and refunds you should employ more staff other then Lin Lin.
I’ve given you another opportunity to reply to me via email or this review to confirm my refund which you haven’t.
I will be contacting my bank today to see what the next steps are to get my money back. As Lin Lin is too busy to respond and you must be too busy replying to all your horrible reviews making promises which are clearly lies.

Leider bin ich auf diese Seite reingefallen. Ich habe 2 Kleider bestellt. Eines war sofort lieferbar. Das andere in 7 Tagen. Als ich das erste kleid erhalten habe war ich schockiert. Erstens war es eine andere Farbe als auf der Homepage und zweitens war die Qualität miserabel. Kein Vergleich zum abgebildeten Produkt. Es ist richtig billig und wirklich ein Fetzen. Daher habe ich gleich geschrieben, dass ich das zweite Kleid abbestellen möchte und das erhaltene zurücksenden will. Die Rücksendung ist leider viel zu teuer und für das zweite Kleid, dass ich nicht mehr erhalte habe, ist bis heute keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Ich habe mit linlin kommuniziert, wahrscheinlich KI.
Bestellt hier auf gar keinen Fall!!!

Betrüger. Ich habe Ware im Wert von über 400,-€ bestellt. Es kam billige Ware welche vom Schnitt her untragbar ist und wenig mit der dargestellten Ware zu tun hat. Für die Rücksendung habe ich 80,-€ bezahlt, ich habe kein Geld erhalten. Das Paket kam nach 6 Monaten (!) wieder zurück, ich musste nochmals 10,-€ bezahlen. Insgesamt habe ich 500,-€ für nichts ausgegeben. Bitte nicht bestellen, es handelt sich hier um ein unseriöses Geschäftsmodell.

Avoid this company
I bought a dress for £50. It was nothing at all like the picture. Shipping costs to return are £20. In total I have paid £70 now and do not have any faith that I will receive my refund. Even if I do I will be £20 out of pocket. Steer clear of this company.

£140 stolen from LAVECHIC
I have had £140 stolen from LAVECHIC. I was led to believe from the outset that this was an English online shopping website with a high street shop in London. The fashion photos are gorgeous but buyer beware, this is a scam website. I ordered 3 dresses with the intention of sending two back. If I had known they were coming from CHINA I would never have ordered any! They took weeks to arrive and the quality was extremely poor; probably out of a very poor factory in CHINA with no quality control. No way do the clothes received reflect the 'AI fashion photos' online. Communication about me wanting a refund of £140 was good up until I sent the items back which I had to pay for but I was prepared to lose £10.00. I sent proof of postage and know LAVECHIC received the items. The customer service department (name LIN LIN) is not communicating back. I am writing daily asking for a full refund which she promised me. Very distressing and disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I will never purchase from online website again. I will go back to trusted sites like NEXT or enjoy going shopping in a UK high street.

Lavechic is a scam: save yourself the absolute hassle and from being defrauded. The products are so poorly cut and made from an unwearable plastic material that a reasonable person wouldn’t ever clothe a dog, much less a person, in their merchandise. Customer Service is reprehensible, without a doubt THE WORST company to work with in the online fashion space. Go anywhere else if you’re thinking about taking a chance. This place is a guaranteed FAIL without any effort to refund or the possibility of return. The return fees are more than the original cost. Ridiculous and disgusting predatory practices.

I spent £40 (would have been £50 if I had not been a new customer- they surely don’t have return customers) on something that is described as a dress but is actually a cheap looking slip with a weird looking drapey chiffon garment that doesn’t have any sleeves to keep it in place. Absolutely not the item on the pictures. And now I find that I have to fund the return and they will inspect it when they reviewed it to decide whether I get a refund or store credit.
Absolute fraudsters. I’d have given them zero stars if it were an option.

Dress
I have ordered a dress from May 3rd for my birthday on the 17th of May. I paid $24 for express delivery to be able to receive it within a few days. My order did not come on time. I emailed them, and the reply I received was that the dress is still in production and not ready yet. On June 1st, I received my dress, which did not match the description that I ordered; there was no label, and the dress is not usable. I am so disappointed; Lavechic is a scammer. Please do not buy any product from this company. Poorly printed outside of the dress and inside was just a plain white, not the same print as outside like the photo on their website. The ruffles of the dress look terrible.

Not providing refund
I have made a complaint via email, WhatsApp and reviews and Lavechic have apologized for their poor actions and not providing the refund ofc40% that they agreed to and have said they'd address this immediately. 1 week later I still haven't received a refund. Would never advise anyone to shop here as they take your money but don't refund it, and never get back to you when you contact them

Purchased a jump suit from this company. The jump suit looked to be made of quality materials with structure and elegance.
What I got was polyester with silver sparkles and poor stitching.
Took the risk due to the company's promise for free and easy returns. There was not mention that I would be required to absorb the cost of shipping the garment back to China.
DO NOT PURCHASE.
Their marketing is fake, their returns are impossible. You'll waste your money.

If I could give no stars I would. I received my order and was absolutely shocked with the condition and quality. There are no tags or labels, and looks nothing like the advertised item. The fabric wasn't even as described. I asked for a full refund and they've given me another option which I just don't want. Any money returned will be a win. I hope they do otherwise further action will be taken.
This website is obviously a scam in its entirety.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase with lavechic!! Never ever will I buy through this company again... I brought a dress for my daughter for a wedding, first the item took over a month to come, then when it came , the fabric was not even worth $5 Australia, I paid $93 😑....
I just want to worn everyone else... then I asked to send back, they offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase... id never buy from them again!!
I said I want to send back. Its all at my expense and to china, once again , going to cost me a fortune just to send. Not happy.
