Laywine's Opiniões

The product, Platinum cartridge adapter, works well as stated. Arrived on time in the mail.

Your company was the only source I could find for the very wide pencil lead that my automatic pencil required. The pencil was a prize for having participated in a speaking course 60 years ago. Delivery was prompt.

The order was immediately serviced and I received my purchase within the week. I also appreciate receiving e-mails indicating sale prices. If I purchase a product for sale online it offsets the shipping costs. Laywine offers excellent products at fair prices.

The staff have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an unfortunate mix up in packing my online order which I only discovered at home. The Lamy ballpoint pen was not the one I ordered which necessitated a return to the store. The staff were most apologetic and had the correct pen packed and waiting.

Warm welcome and the new employee was receptive and a wonderful disposition. As always the store looked impeccable and very inviting, especially for a papyrophiliac like myself.

Great product at a reasonable price and fast, free delivery.

Myself and my family have shopped at Laywine's for many years. Customer service and inventory is always impeccable. Thanks so much for many great years and purchases.

I am very pleased with the ONIGIRI pencil and the various refills for this and other items. Always a pleasure to have such excellent service.

I’ve had my eye on the Chartres Blue pen for years, and when it was available in the annual sale I jumped for it. I got it the very next day, beautifully wrapped with a nice handwritten note. Once again, Laywine’s made my day!

Good Customer Service, Fast shipment, I found what I wanted, I would recommend to someone else.

I had ordered two 85ml bottles of Ferris Wheel Press' Peter Moss, which is a nice green, from Laywines. I am 100% happy that my ordered arrived before its expected delivery date and was packaged snugly with a lot of packing material to where it wouldn't get any kind of shipping damages. I definitely will be ordering from there again.

Prompt shipping and beautiful, secure packaging. The inclusion of a handwritten card was lovely.

This was my first purchase from Laywine’s and was an excellent experience. The product was available as indicated, well packed and shipped promptly. The pen is exactly as advertised and is a true beauty. Overall I was very pleased.

Simple and easy purchase online, and the order was ready in a day! My mother loves her new Caran D’ache set and I am very happy with the whole experience. Can’t recommend more highly! A Toronto institution 🖋️
