The service is always excellent. Care is taken to make sure orders are correct and they arrive packaged perfectly and well-protected. I never hesitate to order from this site.

Amazing staff to help navigate the sometimes confusing and wonderful world of fountain pens and bottled inks. Brent is amazing and helped me numerous times to wonderful writing instruments and ink. Sonia fulfills the online orders and it is such a pleasure to get her handwritten notes. Peter and Rochelle have created an amazing store with amazing staff, and honestly I feel whenever I visit the store, it's like visiting family.

This is my go to for fountain pens and inks. They impressed me from the very beginning with fast shipping, nice packaging, individualized notecards and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be a customer for life! Thank you Laywine’s!

I was able to find a beautiful pen to gift to a dear former teacher and was very pleased with the package I received in a timely manner! My only regret was that many of thr selections I liked seemed to be sold out and I was in a rush to get a gift so could not reach out to the store about when they would become available again... Nonetheless, I would definitely return to this store for future gift ideas!!

Excellent service will definitely be back

Purchased the Lamy 2000 fountain pen - absolutely love it! Purchased the pen online from Laywine’s - excellent packaging and arrived ahead of time. I recommend Laywine’s and the Lamy 2000 to anyone buying a fine writing instrument.

Shipping was amazing, customer service was sweet. really appreciated the kind note along with my purchase.

Great experience! Look forward to buying from them again!

Shipping was fast and the product was exactly what I was looking for.

Fast shipping, great product (one of the few places to stock Kakimori in North America!!), and a sweet little handwritten note in the package.

Laywine’s has been my favourite local store for 25+ years, Peter and his team are just so awesome in every aspect I can think of - always. Kudos to you all!

I got my order faster than I thought, easy system to track my package, the packaging that Laywine's does is so elegant and safe for all the products, you really feel like you were at the store! Great work! I moved cities and I still buy things from there!

Prompt delivery, nicely packaged, no damage, very nice hand written note of thanks for my business

I love my new Before Breakfast pen. The shipping was very fast, and the packaging was wonderful. Laywines even included a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. I would definitely recommend Laywines for all your stationery needs.

What a great shop. Great selection. Painless ordering on the website. Super fast delivery. This is not my first time ordering and it will certainly not be the last.
