The many companies online to chose from for Composite decking was a little overwhelming, so having liked what LB offered we drove to visit their office. The two woman in the office were very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all the questions we had, as we were building it ourselves.
Delivery went smoothly, their driver was lovely, he checked all the boards were in good condition as he was unloading them with care.
The decking boards are really good quality, the finished deck looks amazing, we will be back next year for more when we replace our larger decking area.

Ordering easy 5* confirmation 5* communication 0 for nearly a month I had to chase this order. I sent emails I made phone calls after phone calls. I did eventually get my order. But it took me the customer to chase it up and no communication back from them.

The customer support is fantastic. I needed a quote for a size of fence that wasn’t available on the website. Even though it wasn’t straightforward, Craig spent time putting a plan together for me without pressure to buy. Whilst also informing me of laws and safety. So impressed. Several other companies just said no without an offer of help.

It was very important that the delivery was unloaded for me. Some of the items were quite heavy and your driver was excellent and dropped the load off exactly where I required it. Also your driver turned up on time so I did not have to wait around. The product itself is very good quality.

Really pleasantly surprised by the service. I ordered a loft ladder, it was dispatched within hours and arrived the next day....amazing, I was expecting to have to wait a week but now I can crack on. The ladder was well packed when it arrived so it was in great condition when it arrived. I'd have no hesitation in recommending recommending LB supplies.

I was looking everywhere for a local
Company that stocked the products I needed(composite/plastic joists and decent wide, deep composite decking) there were lots on line but charges horrendous amounts for delivery. I popped down to their units in Mansfield where I was met with very helpful staff from the office who showed me around and let me take some samples. I wasn’t sure how much I needed so they worked it out for
Me and it was ready to take away right there, right then. The warehouse staff were great too and helped me load the van.
