Easy ordering and kept up to date throughout delivery although some damaged boards you can judge a company on how they handle issues and they did a great job getting replacement boards to us.

I specifically asked for a delivery on Friday, were delivered Wednesday and just left outside the site entrance gate.

Delivery was slow and feed back was that it was due to production issues.
Eventually received product and all was.
Ordered some additional items but delivery charge was exorbitant. £37 to deliver to Scotland for too small light way pieces of edge trim.

Unfortunately for small orders the transport to Scotland can seem quite high compared with the overall order value. However, we always do our best to try and offer the lowest delivery charges possible.

Very helpful customer service sorted one minor issue straight away and great communication.
Product composite cladding is lovely and easy to apply .
Very helpful installation video also .

Customer service was fantastic as we had few problems and missing parts. But all was. Handled professionally.
And to top it all fantastic quality products.
Delivery guy was a bit rude as he said he can lift anything of the van and said to my other half you can't lift any of that she replied yes I can I work as a labourer for my other half. As I was at work. She got it sorted but definitely can't recommend the company enough 5 STAR
