Was told I would receive certificate…
Was told I would receive certificate same day and did not. When asking for guidance constantly told it wound be in email by end of day and now we’re into next day and nothing. Very frustrated and would never use this platform again

In your state, the digital copy of the certification is generally uploaded on the same day to allow use while waiting on the physical copy to be mailed. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication, and I apologize for the issues we caused. Our upper management team for both our support team and our providers have been notified so that we can ensure that this does not happen again. We will also be coaching both the provider and team members you worked with, to make sure they realize the impact of their actions here and how they will have to improve. HIDDEN $99 subscription fee !
Paid fees but couldn't connect with doctor . It prompted me to paid a $99 yr subscription fee. I thought id already paid for ther services when i scheduled my tele-med appointment. Apparently the $49 charge wasnt the total for renewal. I tried over an over to reschedule but always wanted the $99 . After many hrs of getting screwed around @ leafwell In the end i went back to GREEN BRIDGE SOCIETY an within 1hr of starting renewal application i had renewal process done .

Don't trust your medical health to this…
Don't trust your medical health to this company! I PAID for my certification and they cancelled me a few MONTHS early. When I contacted them to rectify the situation, they did...and gave me a free month, in apology. Which would be great but the reneged on the final month. I based my finances on their promise and now I'll be without my ONLY pain medication.

Nightmare
Before 15 seconds time, I did receive the recommendation from the doctor. I was not given an option to pay for uploading to omma, or I would have taken it. Having said that, and not emailed you from the date of that uploading their information to the state of Oklahoma was an effing nightmare. I got the recommendation at 11:30 in the morning and it was 3:30 in the afternoon non-stop before I managed to get the information to the state of Oklahoma. Sign up with the companies that give you the option to guarantee the upload to the state. I promise you if it's a penny under $50, it is worth it.

I understand how important it is to be able to complete that step so that you can access your medication, and how each state's process can be confusing. I was under the impression if I paid that extra fee they would help with the hard part of filling out the application but that wasn't the case. I figured it out eventually but that was 35$ down the drain for nothing.

Depending on the state you are in, the chosen medical dispensaries may be able to assist with finding products that meet your needs. Additionally, our membership program is optional and is not a requirement to be seen by our company.

In your state, once the annual fee has been submitted (unless you qualify for a waiver), the card is mailed and received within 1-2 weeks. I completely understand how important it is for you to receive your card so that you can access your medication.
