I recently discovered Leau and I’m seriously impressed. The quality stands out right away, everything feels thoughtfully made, with great attention to detail and fabrics that feel elevated. The overall aesthetic is clean, modern, and effortlessly stylish, making it easy to put together outfits that look polished without trying too hard.

What really makes Leau stand out is how well everything fits. The pieces are flattering, comfortable, and true to size, which is hard to find. It feels like a brand that truly understands both style and wearability. Overall, such a great experience, I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I placed an order on November 22 and returned the item within the return window because the quality was extremely poor (comparable to SHEIN), despite paying extra for expedited delivery.

The return was received by the company, and store credit was initially issued. However, that credit was later placed on hold, leaving me with neither a refund nor usable credit. This means the company is currently holding both the returned item and my payment.

I had no choice but to file a small claims case to recover my money. I'm mind blown that a company acts this way over 221 dollars. Wanting to keep the product and the money.

Be cautious — check reviews across Trustpilot, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms before purchasing.

Update: They previously promised to reinstate the full credit but have not followed through. A chargeback was never filed, I filed a paypal buyer protection. They state they won the dispute but also they can't give me back the money because the dispute is still open (both can't coexist).

Shopping for a graduation dress can be stressful, and I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. The LEAU team was incredibly kind and helped me correct it right away. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout the process. I’ve never been more impressed with the customer support from an online brand. Genuinely the sweetest people, Highly recommend!

Honestly, everything about the dress was perfect. The fit, the colour, the details!

It's an amazing dress I loved it so muchhhh! It fits perfectly like a glove and sculpts your body to make it look so flattering! The color is exactly what I wanted accurate to the picture, overall the dress looks just like the picture and you can tell the material is very high quality and it lasts!

I had an issue with shipping and the customer service as LEAU not only clarified it for me, but compensated me, for my troubles and for the confusion. I made the purchase and will purchase again for sure!

Absolutely garbage company. Customer service was horrendous. The passive aggressiveness from support team extremely inappropriate. They refused to even put my review on their website because they scam people. They admit to falsely advertising.

I had my store credit in an email I lost. 117 dollars worth. This company got back to me ASAP. They were quick, so understanding, so nice, and had the date and time of the dress I ordered. I am so happy I bought from them, and I can't wait to buy from them again!

Ordered last minute for a special occasion but forgot to upgrade shipping. I contacted customer service and they were able to assist with my order. They were SO friendly and helpful. I received my order super fast and was really amazed by the quality of the garment. 10/10 would order again

Emailed to cancel order prior than it being shipped. Told me they couldn’t. Received item and it’s quite possibly the absolute worst design ever. Extremely hard to put on like it’s beyond words. I ordered bigger than my size on top of it. I’m a skinny girl 5’2. Lastly, Wouldn’t provide a return label. Quality was bad loose strings and double lined polyester vibe. Want to be quality but fast fashion drop shipping reality. Wish i could’ve canceled and not be stuck with a bad dress and even more regret that I clicked purchase. Shove ur weak policy up ur butt. :P

I recently purchased the Classic Column blazer and trousers for a networking event and I’m honestly so glad I did. The fit was amazing and the whole look made me feel incredibly confident the moment I put it on. I received so many compliments throughout the night and several people even asked where the outfit was from!

It’s such a polished, flattering set and you can tell the quality is really there. I love it so much and it’s definitely made me want to come back and try some of their dresses next!

They will try their best to steal your money. I emailed them and filled out their form right after my purchase because I needed to change my address. Within 20 minutes, I also requested a cancellation because the situation felt sketchy. I made the purchase at midnight, so they definitely had not shipped it yet.

In the morning, they replied, saying they do not accept cancellations. They also asked if I wanted to change my address. However, right after sending that email, they shipped the package to the wrong address anyway.

By the way, they charge $10 even after you return the item if you want the refund back to your original payment method. On top of that, they do not accept returns for worn clothes, so you cannot even try it on to check the size and return it.

Was unprofessional throughout all this. I had the worst experience and would never want to experience something even close to this ever again.

My experience with Leau was amazing! The clothing is pretty and the material is great! Customer service is great as well! I will definitely be ordering again!

AMAZING COMPANY! Their service left me speechless. No company would ever provide this type of service. My original order was mis deliverer to somewhere else. After i notified them, they did the unthinkable and sent me the dress complimentary for my original order not getting to me on time. I am still in shock at the type of service they provided. No company would ever go out of their way to send me a complimentary dress when it was the carriers error. Thank you for everything, you guys are amazing!
