Adoro il passeggino per la comodità e la facilità di utilizzo ma fin da quando l'ho tirato fuori dalla scatola emana un odore fortissimo di plastica...credo siano i suoi componenti ,che hanno intaccato anche l'odore sul tessuto... si sente sempre sotto al naso, o sui vestiti della bambina, tenuto all'aria aperta lavato come hanno suggerito dall'assistenza che continua a dirmi di rifare la stessa procedura dopo 40 giorni di passeggino... per me è folle sapere che un mio prodotto per bambini possa essere così fastidioso per loro. Una vera delusione. Ovviamente lo cambierò e non sarò certo io a consigliarlo ad altri..

I have the Influencer stroller in Army Green. The rose gold framw is so pretty. Bought it in 2022 and we've gone on multiple travels now. Haven't used it every day but occasionally at home too. Haven't had any issues. It is quite sturdy and even suitable for a small baby - we started using it at 2 months old. It is almost lay flat and the straps can be adjusted to fit a small baby. It started squeaking and didn't fold by itself anymore but we used WD40 and it's good again. The only problem now is that the ends of the foot rest have started tearing holes into the fabric... This seems to be a typical issue which will happen to all of these strollers. Since I did buy in 2022 I'm hoping they have fixed this issue by now.

Watch out: breaks down quickly and customer service won’t send you spare parts. I’ve got mine for two years and it’s ready to be replaced. I wrote to customer service to explain that the bumper had broken down, they said I could buy it in the UAE and pay for shipping 🤣, also note that their diaper bag attachment keeps breaking down and “they don’t sell this part” so there is no way to fix it. It was nice while it lasted but don’t expect this to survive a second kid! Terrible quality and support.

Not what I expected at all. Very hard base for a baby's back, I always padded it with blankets. We have only had the stroller for 8 months and the handle has already peeled and badly. When you fold the pram the hood completely comes apart and you have to put it back into place. Generally not a comfortable or attractive looking stroller.

I only need a rear wheel for my push chair (which is also another subject but I hated it, the stroller is not comfortable and not safe, anyway), the support team is not understanding even something that simple and keep asking me the same questions over and over again. I have started to think there is nobody and I am only talking to AI.

Il passeggino Leclerc influencer air, comprato 3 mesi fa, è difettoso e ho rischiato per 2 volte di far male a mia figlia neonata. Si stacca la culla a ogni buca, le ruote sono rumorose e sembra si stiano per staccare…un vero fallimento

I’m incredibly disappointed with both Leclerc Baby and Crioh, the store we purchased from. Just three weeks after buying a Leclerc stroller, the brakes stopped working, making it unsafe to use.

We’ve spent over a year trying to get a resolution—no refund, no replacement, and barely any communication. Crioh kept delaying and offered no substitute while they “checked” the stroller. Leclerc, despite their reputation for great service, ignored our messages or redirected us without action.

As a parent, I chose this stroller for its supposed safety and innovation. Instead, we were left without a functional product or support. I do not recommend Leclerc or Crioh and strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.

Tengo una silla de bebé Leclerc influencer, con 2 años de uso. La calidad no es la mejor, pero mi mayor problema vino hace 6 meses, se rompió la barra de apoyo, y no hay forma de comprar el repuesto. En la tienda online oficial del fabricante aparece este repuesto sin stock. He intentado ponerme en contacto con el fabricante, y siempre me indican que envíe un correo. Contestan los correos a los 2 meses, y me indican siempre que contacte con un distribuidor. Ningún distribuidor tiene repuestos, ni sabe decirme cuando podré tener el repuesto. Probablemente tenga que comprar otra silla, porque esta se cae a trozos y no hago más que ponerle bridas por todos lados. No será Leclerc seguro.

Super blij met onze buggy de influencer van LeClerc. Alleen nu na anderhalfjaar klapt die niet meer goed uit. We moeten er bijna aan trekken om hem uit te kunnen klappen. Nu probeer ik via meerdere wegen in contact te komen maar nergens wordt op gereageerd!! Het is geen goedkope buddy en je hebt 2 jaar garantie maar als je niemand kan bereiken dan wordt het knap lastig! Niet te spreken over de service. Schandalig dat er gewoon niet wordt gereageerd!!!!

Bought the influencer XL in September 2023. Just recently one part of the buckle broke. Prior to this their messaging system online was great and never had any problems. Messaged via WhatsApp and now it seems they just ignore you. My pram is still within its warranty and given it’s not a cheap pram, expect much better service than this!! Next time I’ll just buy from a bigger, more reputable brand. Really disappointed.

Servicio técnico nulo!!
Compré una silla de paseo influencer en 2022 cuyo precio se eleva casi a los 500 euros. Tras 2 años de uso se me rompe y se me ha pasado por 2 meses la garantía y me dicen que no tienen servicio técnico. Producto endeble de poca durabilidad. Es mejor decidirse por otras marcas con más garantías.

Ik heb een buggy met meerdere mankementen.
Leclerc gemaild kreeg direct reactie dat ik een nieuwe buggy toegestuurd zou krijgen .
Ik alleen mijn adres moest sturen.
Dit gedaan, echter krijg ik nu nergens meer reactie op.
Telefoon wordt ook niet opgenomen.
Ik heb veel spijt van mijn aankoop.

I have an influencer air and it's been a great investment for my family! Our baby has been enjoying, it's balance of size and sturdiness has been great for the mixture of public transport and parks in London.

However, I can't give a full five star review as I've tried to get in touch with leclerc via the customer support email as well as their Instagram to ask about getting hold of a replacement travel bag (the one that came with the pram!), but I haven't heard a response on either platform and it's been over two weeks! Hoping a trust pilot review will prompt some action from them!

I purchased a stroller for 700 eur in March and up to date never received!!! Also received an email from Catrin Werner explaining me the company has bankrupted!!!!

Llevo dos meses esperando una silla de paseo nueva ya que la mía nueva en garantía se rompió.
El 21 de marzo me dijeron que me la enviaban, y casi dos meses después sigue sin llegar, no me han enviado numero de seguimiento y no contestan mis emails ni whatsapp

I have purchased a stroller bumper for my wonderfull stroller from Monnalisa on your web site 20th of march 2024 number of order ORD-LBEU-201102980 and i have payed i give you the invoice number: INV-LBEU-207102833 and till that moment i dont have any new of my shipping . Only e-mails with appologises from Catrin WERNER for the long shipping. Today its much better, i have an e-mail from this person with apologise and a bankruptcy of LSC EUROPE . So i have no bumper stroller and no money but your web site continue to sell all the products without any news and explications? I want you to know that you have to refund me if you dont have a bumper stroller in stock.
I'm very disappointed of your service and how you treat your clients i will contact CEO to clarify this situation. it's really not fair what are you doing with your clients.

Miskoop , gecharmeerd door kleuren , maar dat is het dan …..
Ik vind de buggy het geld zeker niet waard , ik heb eentje gekocht via babypark vorig jaar maart , ik heb bijna 600 euro voor betaald. De zit positie van de kinderwagen is niet goed , kind zakt als het ware in waardoor de middelste gordel snijd in de liezen van t kindje , dat gebeurde elke 10 min , moesten we hem weer omhoog trekken, en dood dat de gordels zeel kort zijn en is er weinig speling om hoog te trekken. Voor de kind die niet kan zitten perfect , voor grote kinderen is die niet geschikt. Heb contact probeerden te zoeken via facebook en telefoonnummer die daar was , blijkbaar kon je bericht via WhatsApp sturen , die nummer bestaat niet . De zitting van kinderwagen is hard en zeer oncomfortabel.

Excellent after sale support and service! Our pram gets plenty of daily folding and unfolding with 2 kids sharing and so we did end up needing a replacement part after good 3 years of use. This was sorted without much trouble and we are back on the road.

Ho acquistato passeggino Leclerc Hexagon da qualche settimana .Dopo tante ricerche di un passeggino leggero e posso dire che sono innamorata ! Si chiude e si apre con una mano , occupa poco spazio in macchina,abbastanza leggero , ha dei materiali bellissimi, design meraviglioso,il colore ( ho preso marrone ) fantastico,ha il finestrino silenzioso che puoi vedere cosa fa tuo bambino , comodo e spazioso quando si addormenta,ha la maniglia sullo schienale per alzare o abbassare (e non quelle cinturine odiose), portaoggetti spazioso e comodo , maneggevole e facile da guidare. Unica cosa, cercavo passeggino con cappuccio un po’ più lungo, ma per il resto è perfetto per adesso . In più ho trovato bellissima offerta . Sono davvero soddisfatta.
