Glotech Mask Pro Malfunction/Bad Customer Service
Ordered Glotech Mask Pro. It arrived in about 4 days! Then, upon arrival and during first use, the connection between the battery pack and the mask started glitching. By the time I tried to use it a second time, I hade to hold the cord in a very specific spot for it to stay on. Any slight movement would break the connection and restart the treatment. I literally couldn't move. I sent a video showing the issue to customer service. They apologized and was told a replacement would be sent out right away. 17 days later and after multiple emails and back and forth, I still don't even have a departure scan from the shipping company showing its on its way. I've asked for another solution or a refund and I still have not received any responses from their customer care team. I was assured this would be of the highest of priorities, but I still don't have a working product, which cost $320+ AND was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. Product ordered April 22, 2026 and today is May 19, 2026 and we still don't have a working product or our money back. I guess a chargeback is the only way to get your money back from this company.

I had already recommended this mask to others and will continue to do so
Customer Service was GREAT
The team was wonderful helping me sort out my issue. They stayed connected with emails at least 6-7 times until I was able to resolve my issue. I give them a Big Hug for all of their help.
I have not received my mask yet
I have not received my mask yet. I just ordered. However, I would like to say that Katrina in the customer service department is very good at her job. She listens to customers and allows them to speak without interrupting. I find that very important when a customer is calling and trying to get their point across. I placed an order for the Mother's Day sale and it had to be cancelled/refunded as there was not an option for me to pick the shipping protection at the time and I wanted the protection. So I chose to place a new order. And found out from Katrina that there was no more shipping protection. I do find that a bummer as a customer because I would've purchased it just for a piece of mind on a $400 order. However, I brought up my concerns that now that the Mother's Day sale is over I would not be receiving the deep discount that I had yesterday and she offered to refund me the difference due to the issues that arose. And I think that means well and speaks volumes to customer service and experience. Otherwise, you would've lost a customer and I would've went with another brand. Thank you Katrina for being great!

I am a first time red light therapy…
I am a first time red light therapy user. I like the lite mask, it’s easy to use, comfortable…. Utilizes both red and blue light for my skin’s maximum benefit. I did have an issue with the battery not staying charged after one use. Customer service took care of my issue with one call! After using this mask most every night (I may have skipped a night or two) for a month my skin is glowing! I would recommend adding red light therapy to any wellness routine. Thank you for supplying a quality product and for the assist with my battery issue. I am a happy customer 👍

Extremely responsive
I ordered an LED mask and used the wrong credit card. They immediately canceled my order and refunded my card so that I could use the correct card. They are extremely responsive!!!

I have both the LED mask and neck and chest piece and I love them both, but I was having issues with my mask where the cord is Point apart from the mask. I made one call sent them a video and they are replacing it. The customer service was excellent and I appreciate this company and product so very much.🙌🫶

I had an issue with my mask where it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed the company for some troubleshooting help and Nicole was very quick and responding and helped me resolve the issue…bad battery pack. A new one is on the way and I cannot get over how quick their customer service was. We emailed back and forth a few times over a couple hours span…that never happens in customer service anywhere. Thanks foe the quick help. It’s nice to know that when you spend so much money on something, they back it up.

Amazing Service!!!!
I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to write this one because of the above and beyond service! I had issue with promo but somehow hit process anyway and was in a panic to get fixed and in an airport with bad cell service. Called and call dropped, Katrina called back and instantly made me feel like she would get everything taken care of and easily switched to text when my call dropped again. She gave amazing service and could not believe how fast I received my delivery!! Top notch service and now excited to try my products!! Thank you, Katrina!!

My Genuine Experience With The Face & Neck Red Light
To start off I want to say this product is a complete fail from what I have seen with red light treatments. I am a 46 year old female with fare skin and a past riddled with childhood cancer and heart failure at 46 years old. I purchased the mask off of Good Morning America and it was $390 which is a lot of money to put towards a product you do not get to test or see. The return policy is 14 days..😳. To expect customers to know what the product is in that time frame is absurd. I didn’t open my box right away and when I did I was planning how to fit it into my routine. My mom and I read all of the instructions (little pamphlets) before using the product. The neck/chest piece worked pretty quickly but we had to keep playing with the button as the instructions did not work. I was also not happy with the fit over my neck. I am a petite 5 foot gal and not all things are made for every size. When we went to use the mask we did exactly what the instructions said to do and it was impossible to figure out how to get it on. Once it did come on we were breathing heavy (because the mask is super uncomfortable when on) and exhausted by the effort it took not to mention how random it was when it actually turned on. The mask button had to be broken because it was sporadic when it actually came on. When I had the mask on where my eyes were in the correct position my mouth was no where near the mouth opening. The mask is incredibly bright and it should most definitely come with eye protection. When we finally got the mask going we tried to relax only to be startled by the obnoxious beep to complete the cycle. It gets hot in the mask when it’s on and you are making an effort to unwind, breath, relax..only to be jerked awake. The beep rings thru the mask and your skull.
When I spoke to customer service about how unhappy I was with the product I was being told they would help me with usage rather than offer a refund.
To future possible buyers, this is not the product to invest in. I tend to trust Good Morning America with their testing before promoting strategy but this one was an expensive bust! I highly recommend looking into the full body mats that are flexible and high performance rather than putting so much money into this as it only covers the face and neck, rather than whole body, not to mention the customer service was no where near what it should be for how much money they are charging. My health is extremely important to me but I do not have this kind of money to put towards something that doesn’t work.
