I messed up my order and my old address…
I messed up my order and my old address had not been changed. I emailed immediately and received a reply in almost a nanosecond second from Nicole, confirming she made certain I received the discount and my address change was completed. She sent copies of the documents. What a relief!
I haven’t received it yet, but this is a great comfort into knowing the company I’m dealing with.,

Best anti-aging product around!!!!
I can’t say enough about my LED Esthetics mask. I’m almost 78 years old and my skin looks amazing thanks to my using this mask on a regular basis. I wished that I would have been able to have this mask during my younger years. The added bonus is the company’s wonderful customer service whenever I call with questions.

Poor customer service, beware of varying return policies
I purchased the mask and collar along with some products at a special price via a promo. Received my products, opened and tried the mask immediately and over the next couple of weeks. Nothing noticeable changes, but it and the reviews say it takes a while.
When I received it I looked up the return policy and it said 30 Day Risk Free Trial. They have it in their policy, scrolling across their screen and even mention "extended returns." I didn't think that was really enough time to try everything, but was going to focus on the mask. I decided at day 24 or 25 that I needed to return everything. The only open item was the mask.
I reached out and they informed me that because I bought as part of a special the return policy was only 14 days. I explained that I had read it was 30 days and also told them 14 days was definitely NOT enough time to evaluate the products, which even on sale are pricey! I explained again and told them nothing except the mask was even out of the box. I asked if they would make an exception, even just for the collar which was unopened. It was purchased separately, not part of a package. They said no, they couldn't. As a business owner, I know they absolutely COULD, they just wouldn't.
Now I am stuck with these expensive products that I was excited to try, but now wondering if they will even work and/or if I will use them regularly enough to justify the cost. Very, very disappointed with the company and the customer service. They were responsive, but not at all helpful. 14 days is not enough time and I would never have made the purchase if I had realized that it was different than their standard policy.

#1 in my mind!!!
I was so pleased with my Glo mask and the customer service that I bought one for my adult daughter at Christmas!! No need to bug them about a problem ; they respond quickly and cheerfully fix any problem. I use the mask 6 times a week and my 76 year old skin has a natural glow and a much more even texture. I am thrilled with the results!!!

I purchased my glotech mask and collar and have been using almost daily for 3 weeks. I already see a difference in wrinkles on my neck. Last night, the mask started flickering and shut off prematurely and would not stay on due to a possible loose connection between the cord and power pack. I emailed customer service and within 12 hours they responded and were able to send a replacement mask out. I was very concerned I would have a difficult time with such an expensive item and Nicole was very helpful!

I had purchased a bundle that included the hair, face & neck. I noticed that my remote for my mask would slip out with the slightest movement which for me was an inconvenience because I am a multitasker. Upon emailing the company, they were responsive with several emails and was sent another remote. Hoping for the best, but unfortunately the remote was slipping out still, thankfully they were able to send me a replacement that I am currently waiting on. I am pleased with their prompt responses, and customer service!

I love my GloTech mask. I got for Christmas. I actually can tell a difference in my 75yr old jowls!!! Also, I think my pores look better.

It works. And their customer service is excellent.
I had researched red light therapy and this product seemed to fit the bill for me. I ordered both the neck attachment and the mask. On the facemask, there was a malfunction in the USB connection, which caused the lights to flicker and only go on intermittently. So I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and after I documented my issue, immediately issued a replacement unit. They were very professional and responsive! As far as results, I have only gotten significant time with the neck mask and the other day I looked in the mirror after perhaps 7 weeks of doing it 10 minutes a day mostly every day (I miss a few.) and I was like, wow, this thing really does work. Skin thickness and smoothness noticeably better. That was encouraging and I look forward to continuing with my new replacement face mask.

I had to contact customer service of delivery issue. They were quick to answer the call and were very polite while helping me with my issue. The best part is the issue was resolved in the first point of contact.
