I have 2 Ledlenser torches, one several years old, both work well, but the wrist strap seems a weak point as it has snapped on both of them. I contacted Ledlenser by an online message as the wrist straps did not appear as an accessory. I received and almost instant response, apologising and saying that they would post 2 replacement straps to me free of charge. I would have given 5 stars, but the part that connects to the torch seems the same as previously, so I suspect that they will also snap in time with regular use.

I had an issue with my torch not charging properly. I contacted LedLenser and got an immediate response. The battery was replaced. I continued to have an issue with it not charging properly and received great support. Eventually I discovered that I hadn’t been aligning the battery cover properly (!). Superb customer support. Extremely helpful service to replace my damaged torch after 4 years of use!

I had an issue with serial numbers on a head torch MH8 trying to extend the warranty to seven years. I have had Ledlenser products previously. Contacting Customer Service by email I had a reply the very next day. was impressed with that. A dialog followed and the response was always very quick. We resolved the issue and had my warranty extended to seven years.

What a company, I sent an e mail asking about a rubber bumper off my P21r torch. I was told that they were not sold separately but they had a spare one which they would post to me free of charge. I know my torch was expensive but this service goes far and beyond what you would expect. 5 stars all round and a special thank-you to Faiza who couldn't do enough for me. Great company.

Had a problem with my p21r torch, contacted led lenser, had faulty battery. They sent replacement.
Whole experience only took few days. Customer service is so helpful and efficient.
If you wanna torch, buy led lenser.

Ledlenser Customer services are always top notch and many companies could learn from them.
the product might not be the brightist/dimist/lasting longest or shortest/ or whatever?
But any issues it's always sorted the quickist!
And that speaks volumes with me.
As just had a warranty issue (electrical gremlin!)
Got email to return sent it and get emails to follow up.
Just rang to confirm received but said warehouse hasn't updated yet.
So Caroline said give me the reference number of signed for so checked it and said will post one out.
Few minutes later have email saying confirmed sorted and sending.
10 star service.

What an amazing product, but unfortunately my Ledlenser P7R torch stopped working. Since I already had a two-year warranty and applied for the seven-year warranty, I reached out to them. I sent Ledlenser UK an email with some photos and a detailed explanation, and they responded very quickly. They resolved the issue in less than three days by sending me a new replacement torch, and then they provided a label to send the old torch back. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. I believe this was one of the best and the fastest customer supports that I ever experienced in my life.

The issue with my iH9R head torch was resolved very quickly and professionally. The main light had stopped working after about 4 years and Ledlenser replaced the whole package as I always take out the 7 year warranty on their products. I am still using some of their silver torches I purchased in 2007. I really like their products and service attitude. SPB

We have been using the LedLenser rechargeable searchlights (P21R) since 2014 excellent quality and good customer service from LedLenser UK when we recently had issues with one.

I'm an ardent fan of Ledlenser torches, I have bought 7 or 8 of them over the years and have used them, and still do, in my professional capacity as an asbestos surveyor and now bat ecologist. They are superb quality and I have no inclination to use any other manufacturer. I had to contact customer support recently regarding one of my torches and the issue was resolved quickly, professionally and without any fuss. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

The response to my warranty query was answered very quickly and the issue was resolved. The customer service was excellent as I hoped it would be from a top brand.

I have a torch that is well in excess of 10 years old. The batteries leaked and damaged the torch. I sought help and the customer service people responded immediately with advice as to how to get the unit working again, or an offer of a new battery pack containing the electronics. The cleanup option worked perfectly but the new components are a useful backup. Great customer service all round
