Excellent customer service from Ledlenser! Head torch had a loose wire, stopping it functioning properly. Whilst this wasn’t really anyone’s fault, Ledlenser replaced it with a brand new head torch.

Ledlenser to the rescue after headband started to perish
The headband on my headtorch started to get loose and all adjustment had been used up. I contacted Ledlenser and with no questions asked, they offered to replace the item immediately. I can highly recommend Ledlenser their customer service is excellent. Their product is superb. I think that I was just unlucky. I work in a most un hospitable environment with a saturated salty atmosphere the light has never failed me and the headband started to perish after nearly 2 years of constant use. What wouldn't?

The product appears to be high quality…
The product appears to be high quality at purchase but my experience shows that it is far from that. Cracked battery holders (admittedly replaced under warranty - then broke again!) Finally the led’s gave up. No replacement available on the website, so sadly a write off. And this isn’t just one torch. Experiences of family and friends are similar.
Most people will remember buying a cheap torch from Wilko’s or Woolies and finding it lasted reliably for decades. Sadly, those days appear to be long gone, even with a product that costs a not significant amount.

From the information available to us, your T7 is an older model that has now been discontinued for several years. We can see that we previously supported you under warranty, and that a replacement battery holder was subsequently provided to you in October 2023. We have no record of any further contact from you regarding an issue with that part or the torch since 2023 to the present day.
Unfortunately, with products that have been discontinued for a significant period of time, there does eventually come a point where we are no longer able to maintain availability of every individual spare component. This does not necessarily mean that we cannot help, however. If you had contacted our Customer Support team when the issue developed we would have been happy to explore what support or alternative options may have been available.
Our torch range has also developed significantly since the T7 was produced, with considerable advancements in product design, durability, sustainability and performance. We remain committed to supporting our products for as long as reasonably possible, including making spare parts available where we can to help customers extend the usable life of their lights.
We would still encourage you to contact our Customer Support team with the details of your T7. While we cannot guarantee that a replacement component remains available for a model of this age, we would be happy to see whether there is anything further we can do to assist.

Ledleanser perfect products
I got in touch with Ledlenser as my head touch decided to stop work. They responded very quickly to my email and was very helpful with tips to try first, I tried everything they asked of me and narrowed it down to the battery box was faulty, they then responded back with an order being sent out to me with a new replacement battery box and battery.
As soon as it arrived I wasted no time on fitting the touch all back together with the new parts and was very happy to say I am now back up and running as I’m a night worker

Kidbeam4 torch
Kidbeam4 torch, awful, just stopped working after little use but just outside of warranty.
Purchased on 3rd november 2023 through Amazon and as only used for May 2024 Campng (batteries were taken out). Went to use in november 2025 and it didnt work. Very irritating as it was given as a Christmas present in Dec 2023 but of course the warranty of 2 years has expired. Not even used that much but needs to work when it is needed. They're not inexpensive for a kids torch but thought quality, unfortunately not.
I have a number of LED lenser Torches in the house, they're a go to and never had an issue but this one was disappointing

Great customer service.
My headtorch developed a fault as it could not be brought out of ‘travel’ mode.
My experience with Ledlenser UK customer service was excellent.
Prompt communications and initial advice.
When it was clear that the fault couldnt be rectified they quickly sent me a returns notice and replaced my torch with a brand new replacement within days.
Excellent customer service and excellent company to deal with.

Led lenser products are the only way to go
Led lenser products are very good, our whole company uses their head torches and hand torches day and night. Had a minor issue with one of my head torches and the customer service was top notch.

Great product H7R Core…
I bought the Ledlenser H7R Core recently and tried changing it, but the changing lights kept blinking. I tried switching ON the headlights and it didn't switch On. I contacted Ledlenser UK customer service and they immediately advice me to lock the battery cover tightly until can hear a click sound
After that the battery charged and the headlights worked perfectly. Definitely will recommend this product.

My fantastic torch stopped working and…
My fantastic torch stopped working and I raised an enquiry under the guarantee. The query was replied to within 24 hours, correct advice given (the battery needed replacing) and I ordered a new one. There was an error with the delivery address, and when I contracted customer service, again the issue was responded to and dealt with (a free replacement sent out) immediately. Great customer service for what was a low cost, small issue.

A company that honours its products…
A company that honours its products warranty. My head torch became defective after 3 years constant use. Made the warranty claim which was a very simple process. I finished my last shift on a Friday morning, posted the U/S head torch in the afternoon, and received the warranty replacement before my next nightshift the following Wednesday. Amazing customer service!

As a Chartered Building Surveyor
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, having a good torch is essential. I have been using LEDlenser torches (the P7 range) for the past 15 years or so and have found them tough and reliable, with great illumination. Concerning the very few issues I have had, the customer service has also been great.
