Really good company to buy from.
Had a problem with a delivery that was wrong. This was quickly resolved, and correct items delivered.

Brilliant! I ordered three different coloured plug in pendant lights they solved a problem in my dark house without needing an electrician, and they look nice. My first parcel was lost and Ledsone sent a replacement quickly.

Happy with the product price and delivery

Light fittings and shades delivered really promptly and safely packed.

Very good price. Arrived quickly. Work well.

Quick efficient service and delivery. Items well packaged. Lampshades go well in our kitchen.

Fantastic service. Great product. I had a small query that was taken care of instantly by Ashee and the team . I would recommend Ledsone .

When I informed them a bulb wasn't working they reacted quickly and then when Evri they delayed the parcel and wasn't responding. Ledsone tried to contact them and immediately sent out another replacement so very gd customer service.

Absolutely fantastic from ordering, delivery was quick, the ceiling lights I ordered were honestly beautiful, very high quality, unfortunately I had to return due to housing structure, devastating! Don’t think I will find any as nice.. returns was simple, staff member via email very helpful and quick to respond and refund!
Would highly recommend all round!

Great choice of lights at an affordable price. Excellent communication from ordering to receipt of goods. Slight issue with missing part which customer services dealt with exceptionally quickly. Highly recommend this company

Great to find a wide, colourful range of useful, practical electrical & lighting cables made with quality materials instead of the plain, ugly white plastic. I bought the red lighting plug/cord in my utility room and it looks fab.

Mix up with the order was corrected quickly and I'm really pleased with the quality, style and price of the light fittings I ordered. The QR code provided which links to a fitting instruction video was very helpful and made installation straightforward.

Our first choice of product was out of stock but they kept us updated and got a replacement out ASAP.

Beautiful lampshades, fantastic customer service. I loved the 3 vintage style lampshades that I bought for my hallway and landing that arrived yesterday. They look stunning. I've since ordered another vintage style one for my living room. Thank you.

I found them extremely helpful and informative.
I had a query that they quickly responded to and resolved, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
