Genuine, honest, caring professional service. Having to find a new Opticians can be quite daunting. Having tried several High Street brands following the retirement of my Opticians of many years.
I popped into Leightons in Cirencester about 2 years ago and have never looked back.
From the moment you enter the reception you are welcomed with a smile by a experienced Reception Team.
Yesterday i had a Eye Test, from the moment i entered i felt welcomed and valued as a Client.
I was given a briefing on the Test and in depth analysis on my test.
Resulting in no change to my prescription but advised on some issues with my eyes.
A explanation was given but no pressure to purchase new Glasses.
Over the past 2 years Leightons have offered me a excellent Aftersales service, free of charge.
Nothing is to much trouble for them and always so friendly.
I joined Leightons Care plan which offers so much and i'd happily recommend it, as excellent value.
My Ageing Mother who is extremely hard work so uses Leightons for help with her hearing. Again faultless service.
Jo & James should be extremely proud of there Team in Cirencester who always go above and beyond with a Smile.

I contacted Leightons in Cirencester letting them know I had broken my glasses when I fell and injured myself at the weekend, and they have gone far beyond what I epxected in being supportive and enabling me to get both temporarily fixed frames so that I could function, as well as going the extra mile sourcing an exact match to the frames for the replacement frames which are no longer in stock. From the very supportive and understanding reception staff, to the really helpful James fixing my frames, I am so happy with the service and helpfulness of the whole Leightons team. I had an appointment with Leightons in Cirencester today. The specialist audiologist, Mirna, was very caring and considerate, and she patiently explained the process to remove the ear wax that had built up in both ears. The procedure was painless, quick and very effective and I am really delighted about how much clearer I can now here. This was a thoroughly professional appointment and I would recommend Mirna for any ear concerns.

I made an appointment at Leightons in St Albans after having some changes to my hearing. Janos Tomics was my Audiologist. My appointment was on time and Janos was polite and professional. The appointment lasted a little over an hour, Janos took the time to explain how the ear/hearing worked, what tests he would be doing and why, he discussed the results in the context of what he had already explained. Janos proved to be knowledgeable in his field and happy to point me in the direction of further learning on topics we discussed should I wish to know more. The environment was clean and tidy, with up-to-date and professional testing equipment. I felt that the whole process was in-depth and given the time it needed. This test was free at Leightons, I find that frankly remarkable, few services that I have paid for have been as competent and encompassing as this appointment. Truly worth your time. I'm 77 and never had problems with my hearing until the start of August 2024. One morning I woke up and I had muffled hearing in both ears. I tried ear drops which did work slightly. I had the earwax removal appointment with Janos Tomics on 15th August 2024. He was both very professional and courteous. After looking in both my ears he said he would use water irrigation. It was a strange feeling, but not painful. After he had finished my hearing returned to normal and I would definitely recommend the earwax removal service of Leightons.
