Customer of Leighton’s for 20+ years
I’ve been a customer of Leighton’s for over 20 years - they’re not cheap, not expensive either - but they are the best and their customer service (Farnham) is second to none.
A couple of days after placing another order for some contact lenses, I received a message advising that my (unusual) prescription was not in stocks at the manufacturer - which was useful to know. Better than that - they sourced and sent gratis 10 free trial pairs to keep me going. No fuss, no drama. I wouldn’t cheat my eyes to go anywhere else

I’ve used Leightons in Farnham for many years and they are excellent.
I’ve used Leightons in Farnham for many years and I’ve always had very good service.
Yesterday was as good as ever.
I arrived, cheekily I asked for a coffee, no problem.
The contact lens check up was very thorough.
I chatted to one of the dispensers who talked me knowledgeably through the new range of Ray-Ban meta sunglasses. Very useful and interesting.
The range they stock is broad and I sense a well run and successful opticians. I would recommend without hesitation.

Patient & kind in an emergency
My son had a suspected retinal tear, and was very anxious about it, and fainted during his exam. The staff could not have been kinder or more understanding, squeezing in a second appointment to finish the tests later that day, & looking after him with such care. A very very lovely team.

Emily was courteous , professional and took the trouble and time to fix my ‘Oliver Peoples’ glasses for me. Leightons didn’t even stock the brand!
I had tried 5 other opticians without success. David Clulow, who had sold me the pair originally, no longer stocked the brand and so sent me away without even trying to fix them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leightons for customer service and they seem to have a very extensive range of options for next time I need a new pair of glasses.

All the staff are friendly and proffessional. My eye test was very thorough & the results fully explained. I was provided lots of help abd advice choosing my glasses and never felt rushed. You pay for what you get, and here you get the best in both quality and service.

Fantastic!
Fantastic! I'm an existing customer and was unsure as to switch from glasses to contact lenses. The help and advice of the team was amazing, great chat about the pros and cons of contacts led to a decision to not to pursue at this time. I felt listened to and the right questions asked of me really helped the decision. I will definitely be back in the future and absolutely recommend.
