Very professional treatment

Both were very detailed in their examination, explanations and I appreciated the very professional treatment. It made me as a valued Client, very happy from the initial consultation to the final product.

Leightons Optician & Hearing Care at Leadenhall has been my favourite one for many years now. Absolutely superb service, care and utmost quality at every stage and on every level. Professionalism, integrity and commitment by each member of the team has always been 10/10! I recently had vision test with Jayna Patel on 28th May 2026 and hearing test the following week. Met new member of the team, Ella for the hearing test on the 3rd June 2026 and was so impressed with her interpersonal skills, care and attention to detail. That I call HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I live in Ealing but a trip to central London to this remarkable, reputable optician is worth every effort. Immensely grateful for the opportunity, service and support I receive there.

Excellent service.
I had previously had great service from Leightons in Gloucestershire so chose to visit the Leadenhall Street branch after moving to North London. The service I received was excellent. From the warm welcome, through all the detailed tests, to choosing glasses frames, the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Test results were explained clearly and any questions from me were answered in depth. A very good experience.

Having broken my glasses
Having broken my glasses, I needed to make a decision about new frames, because of my complex requirements The dispensing optician didn’t really hear or understand or perhaps listen to my needs initially. However, enter the amazing Beth, she understood and actioned, going well beyond to help me find a solution to my complex needs for glasses. Thank you so much, Beth. You’re amazing.
