Excellent service at Leighton's Poole
Excellent service at Leighton's in Poole today, my 1st visit. They were busy when I went in, all staff very professional, polite and helpful. Extremely customer focussed. I felt very reassured and will be returning - I saw Bruce and Eduardo.

I attended for an NHS annual eye examination
I attended for an NHS annual appointment, and the professionalism I received from Liny who carried out the examination was first class. She is a credit to Leightons.

Continued exceptional service
Continued exceptional service. I have been a regular customer for years and am always impressed with the polite, friendly, helpful and professional staff. I am recognised when I go in and made to feel valued. All staff have excellent knowledge, give well-tailored advice and always have the latest technology available. I would never go anywhere else for glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses or hearing aids.

When going to the Opticians is an enjoyable experience
The whole experience was enjoyable The Team had exceptional knowledge of all their products. Nothing was too much trouble. Once the frames were chosen, and there were lots of gorgeous one to choose from, we then had many options with regards to the lens which was refreshing. Each member of staff interacted with us at some stage all of them very approachable and as mentioned it made it fun to buy a new pair of glasses. They also give payment options which is amazing in our current financial climate. Looking forward to collect them now!! Thank you all and Happy Birthday Toby!!

Optical & hearing care highly recommended at Poole branch
My husband & I have been very pleased with our new glasses & received excellent care & service from all the optical team we saw - Cliff Rees for the excellent refraction, Toby Baverstock & David Heptinstall when glasses dispensed & fitted well, June & Eduardo very helpful at the desk. I have now found your hearing team to be equally good! Your excellent regular audiologist Katy Waterman was away (but I know she will see me at follow-up) so I saw Janos Tomics who was brilliant. He took me through where I had got to with my NHS aids (not very far!) & explained everything very well & answered every question. I am now wearing my Oticon Intent hearing aids all the time & am enjoying hearing well again. Thank you very much Janos for your expertise in explaining & helping me to use the aids so effectively. Top quality care, many thanks to you all.

Lifesaver for my 9yr old son
The experience I’ve had with Leighton’s has been truly remarkable.
My 9yr old son suffers from high hypermetropia, and life with glasses was becoming very difficult for him, and distressing to me to witness as a parent. The normal high street opticians were unable to help any further, but one suggested Leightons may be able to help with specialist contact lenses.
It was a long process of monthly fitting and retests, which was to be expected given the complexity of my son’s problems; the size of the lenses required; his small eyes with irregular corneal topography, and the tiny gap between his eyelids! But Keith at Leightons tenaciously continued until finally we struck gold with a perfectly fitting pair.
The outcome has been transformational for my son. His vision (compared to glasses) has massively improved, his agility is much better, and he’s stopped being clumsy altogether! This has all meant he’s more confident and just plain happier!
We owe a lot to Keith and to Leightons - I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent results
Having had an excellent experience with a tricky contact lens fitting and now recently got a great pair of Photochromic specs which I am very pleased with. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.
