Leisure Depot Opiniões

Alice was the one that I dealt with by phone and she was really helpful.

Fast delivery. Great service.

Good product choice,
Good prices,
Efficient service.

Ordered a bait boat on 27th June, was apparently dispatched on 29th for delivery 24hrs later on the 30th, i specifically checked their website for the list of couriers they use, absolutely NO mention of the dreaded Evri so I thought I was safe, how wrong was I, it was dispatched to Evri so you can all guess it never arrived, so i've since cancelled the order to buy it elsewhere from a company that DEFINITELY doesn't use Evri, I have also asked for a FULL refund which I am also now still waiting for, looks like i'll be contacting my bank soon to get my money back.
All in all my experience with Leisure Depot has been a massive waste of time & money, my advice to anyone thinking of using them is simply DON'T, save yourself the hassle & shop elsewhere.

All great. Quick delivery. Good price

Good delivery, good product. Ideal size. Tap assembly was a little tricky but managed it in the end and seems robust.

Order arrived where it should on time, so many thanks

Good quality product, delivered promptly and packaged well to avoid any damage. Well done.

I returned an item which didn't fit the car. No problem with that and I was told it had been passed to the accounts department for payment. All good so far but 4 weeks later nothing has happened and no money has been credited to my account. Furthermore my email has now been blocked so I am no longer able to enquire what is going on. Am still hopeful for a satisfactory conclusion but am beginning to think that my money has been retained by the company

Great Product - as described. Process of ordering easy and kept up to date with delivery

Quick and easy ordering process. My delivery was received very promptly. I will definitely be using them again

Good price, came on time

The order never arrived. Just kept me waiting saying good news you’re order has been dispatched. Your order is in transit Two weeks later I had to ask eBay to refund my money. Disgusting

Excellent service. Delivered promptly after ordering

The ordering process was fine but using EVRI as your courier let you down as they are useless and never deliver when they predict.

Easy ordering. Super fast delivery. Excellent communication and updates from start to finish.

great price and fast delivery, thank you
