Bei Problemen mit einem Händler hat Lelit mir schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ich hatte ein Video einer Fehlfunktion an Lelit gesendet nachdem der Händler Gewährleistungsansprüche ablehnte. Lelit hat hierzu schnell geantwortet. Nachdem ich die Email an den Händler weitergeleitet habe, in der Lelit die Fehlfunktion bestätigte ist der Händler seinen Pflichten nachgekommen.

Avevo un guasto al display della mia Lelit Bianca. Hanno risposto subito suggerendo sia gli indirizzi dell'assistenza sia un sito per l'acquisto online. Dopo hanno chiesto se avessi potuto risolvere il problema. Solo quattro stelle perché l'assistenza non viene a casa, sorprende per una macchina da 27 kg.

Ottima esperienza

Ottima esperienza. Ho contattato il Servizio Clienti Lelit per un portafiltro a pressione acquistato on line che si e' dimostrato essere difettoso. La gentilissima Customer Care Representative Enrica Montagnoli ha preso in carica il ticket e con estrema cortesia e professionalita' ha diretto tutte le fasi del reso ed in breve tempo ho ricevuto il nuovo portafiltro.
Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del risultato ed ringrazio vivamente Enrica.

Poor buying experience from start to finish

Ordered day zero, original machine was delivered working day 3 with some cosmetic damage to the front panel. Returned and received back at warehouse on working day 5. I was promised a replacement would be shipped same day. Order was actually raised for FOC replacement on morning of day 6, it should have been shipped the same day. On working day 10 their website STILL said order status was "Processing". FINALLY it was despatched on working day 12 but the tracking link did not work. On day 14 I chased it and was given the missing tracking reference (system issue) and I received the product on working day 15. Reason for delay in despatch (6 working days plus 1 weekend late) was "IT error between our systems and the courier's".

If that was my business, I would have identified the top 20 most urgent or overdue deliveries and I would have arranged a courier collection manually, not waited for the IT to be fixed a week later.

To their credit, the Customer Service team were very responsive to my multiple emails but couldn't really do much to help.

Not Worth The Money

I purchased a Lelit Bianca from Bella Barista at the end of 2024 and started using it on Christmas Day that year. In the middle of January 2026 the steam boiler started over filling and produced around 250ml of water before any steam. I contacted Bella Barista and because the machine was under warranty they asked me to return it for repair. After having the machine for over two weeks it was still not looked at so I contacted Lelit for help. They basically did not want to get involved and told me I had done the right thing in returning the machine to Bella Barista. The fault was a probe in the steam boiler that was covered in scale. I live in central Scotland where the water is very soft (I also test my water regularly), so am very surprised of scale build up so quickly. These machines are advertised as built with industrial parts. My machine makes on average less than 3 coffees a day. As I am the only one using it and work away from home often, I think it made somewhere between 700 & 800 coffees. If this is the case then a coffee shop must be changing this part every week (more in hard water areas). It also turns out that this part is replaced during a service (recommended to be carried out every 12-18 months) and was advised to have this done at a cost of £286.28. So the 2 year warranty is worthless. Before this machine I had a Sage Barista Touch that I purchased with a 5 year warranty for around £900. The Sage machine lasted over 7years with no issues whatsoever (Sage are owned by the same company as Lelit). I have worked out that the cost of the Lelit machine with an annual service over 7years will be over £4000. My advice to anyone considering a Lelit machine (or anything similar) would be to get a Sage with extended warranty from the department store famous for their Christmas ads and save a small fortune.

Returned a Lelit coffee machine, and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Refund issued as soon as they received the item. Brilliant. Tried to return a coffee grinder to another company, and had the opposite experience. So. Well done Lelit.

Customer service is very unresponsive

Customer service is very unresponsive.
There is no phone number to talk with costumer support. Calling the number goes to an offsite support, who is “unable” to connect with the actual Lelit team. They can only escalate an existing case for you, to try to get them to respond to you via email.

Espresso machines can involve detailed diagnostics, photos, and step-by-step testing, and email allows us to give thorough, accurate guidance while keeping everything documented. The phone number you reached connects to our sister company’s support team, who are not trained on Lelit machines.
