Some of the gummies were hot so and almost melted. I’m a big purchaser so it would be nice if those who purchase constantly got more rewards from ordering directly from the website and then also if you could ensure that during the hot months they stay chill.

I was disappointed to see that the contents of my order were printed directly on the shipping label beneath my address. For items like vitamins or supplements, I believe customer privacy should be respected and packaging should remain discreet. This felt like an unnecessary breach of confidentiality. I hope the company considers improving their shipping practices to better protect customer privacy in the future. Other than that I think this will be a great product.

I love Lemme gummies. I take several including debloat and purr. Customer service is also super responsive and helpful if you find there is any sort of issue.

I found a calcified piece in my bottle of gummy’s and they quickly responded and did an investigation. I appreciate how fast they responded and took it seriously. Then they sent me a replacement.

I had an issue with my order being cancelled after using a promotional code for taking a survey. Customer support couldn't help me and I was getting frustrated. After several messages back and forth, the issue was escalated higher up and my order was approved and the issue was resolved. I am a 1st time customer, on the recommendation of my sister, who uses the lemme products. What could have been a really bad experience was turned around and I am happy to say I received my items. The website needs much improvement, but customer service is always as helpful as they can be and very friendly. I didn't realize what a HUGE discount was applied to my order! I would say, the frustration and wait was worth it and if I can get my account to behave, I will probably order again soon
