Battery has no more capacity than the 6…
Battery has no more capacity than the 6 year old one it replaced. Still only get about 2 hours of internet browsing. Contacted the company and provided the info they requested, no response. Look elsewhere for a high quality battery and customer service. Lenovo should stop them from using the name.

The battery didn't work and was already…
The battery didn't work and was already used. I had the paperwork of the last customer who returned it. The battery was sent directly from them to me. I attempted to contact you months ago to get a return but haven't received any communication back. I will never deal with this company again.

Good replacement
The only vendor that had a fitting battery for a 17" legion. Tried others that wouldn't fit (too short cable) despite fitting model.
Very happy this purchase worked out! Not so happy about getting multiple reminders to write a review...

Ordered a Lenovo replacement battery…
Ordered a Lenovo replacement battery #L14M2P21 but received an off brand #L14L2P21. Could not get anyone to address the problem for over a week and multiple requests, by then I had put in a dispute. We’ll see how this plays out.
After the review they offered a half refund until they get their warehouse in order, then they will issue the rest of the refund…I don’t think so.

Bad Service, You pay return on their mistake
Ordered, received rather quickly, but the battery does it fit, the battery number on my original is different, they say compatible. I chatted with their online support, they insist the battery should fit and wanted proof it doesn’t, including measurements, so I took several pictures they wanted and they were responding very quick when I was complying with every request to troubleshoot. Then finally after a hour I said I wanted to return and refund and they went silent. After numerous attempts and waiting over 40 minutes in silence they said they will email return instructions. Then silence again! They did email 3 hours later but said I had to pay the return postage and they would refund later. They provided an address to return but no RMA Number as the instructions say I have to put on the package. I’ve replied asking for RMA # but of course hours and hours later they have not. Poor customer service, no true guarantee of compatibility….I would NOT do business with again, even if shipped from US, you still can not find a live person. Let’s see if I get a 100% refund and also addition refund I had to pay to return.

The battery seems to be defective. I installed the battery, and it says no battery detected, with an × next to the battery. I reinstalled it twice, but still the same issue. So unless it is plugged in, it doesn't work.

Very good price and delivery, and the battery holds a much better charge than the OEM battery. Used to get two and a half hours, now I get close to four hours with the new battery.

Follow up: They sent me an auto reply to this comment asking me to expound, so I did. Now I get an auto reply saying "We are sorry that we have not yet received any feedback from you". Do yourself a favor and pick a different company that uses humans occasionally.
