Worst Return Process of any company I have ever seen
I had the worst online ordering experience with company. To start, in order to return an item you must contact support, there no online way to do it. Then when you return it, you have to pay shipping back. Worst still, when I returned my item they never refunded me the money despite a tracking number showing it was delivered to their warehouse. I contacted them multiple times and was assured I would get my refund, it never happened. I have wasted hours trying to get a simple refund from them. Do not order from them if you think you will ever need a refund
Excellent customer services and products
I have been purchasing Lenox ornaments for years. They have become a tradition and we have one for our daughter for each Christmas. We love them so much that we've started to purchase other ornaments including a set of three nutcrackers. One of the nutcrackers had a piece broken off, so I emailed customer service to ask if there was a possibility of replacing it since it was sold out online. Less than a week later, a box with three new nutcrackers arrived. I couldn't be happier with Lenox and their customer service was above an beyond our expectations. We love our Lenox ornament tradition and plan to keep it going for years to come!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! My order still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. Thet blamed it on the postal service. I told them I didn't want it anymore. They said they wouldn't take it back. I've ordered from this company for years. Never again.
Don’t buy here unless you want to be overcharged on shipping without proper notice
I ordered 2 personalized Christmas ornaments at the same time for my twin grandchildren. I had my total cost on my receipt. When it was ready to be shipped they charged my bank more with no explanation. I called them today and the customer service agent was rude and said it was due to the increased tax on shipping them separately. I said I ordered them together and on my final cost page nothing was mentioned about charging me more. She told me it was before I paid and pretty much inferred it was my own fault. I told her I probably won’t shop again at Lenox and she said that’s ok. Didn’t care at all!!! I’ll never buy from them again. Too bad since I have another grandchild on the way.
Delivery took a month
I ordered a personalized item for a gift and it took a month to be delivered. I received it after the event. When i contacted customer service they said it was backordered. They should have informed me at the time of purchase that it was back ordered so i could have ordered something else. Very disappointed I would not order from them again

I’m sorry I have a large family and found a product I liked. Shame on you Lenox, I have several sets passed down to me but you can guarantee I will never try to purchase from them again or continue the family tradition of purchasing a set to pass down with the rest.

Made purchases Christmas
Made purchases Thanksgiving for Christmas as I have 24 years. I started texting customer service, they said I had one waiting for personalization. I replied, I ordered an ornament that could be personalized, but didn’t so I could get it faster. It was because my credit card denied payment. So I reordered mid Jan and paypal denied payment. I called and they said I had an outstanding balance from 2022(they don’t ship until payment clears).I received a cancellation on 2nd order on Jan 18th.
I went through other venders (same card) all will be here by next week. So sad loved the tradition.

ZERO review! Long story short. I bought a bunch of items to start a china collection. 3000 dollars worth paid in full. And they cancelled my order. Their reason they are selective with their clientele. Here’s some of their reply:
We are sorry but your order came up for internal review and was determined ineligible for process. All orders are subject for approval. Lenox deserves the right to refuse to cancel an order for any reason…
And when I chatted with them to ask why I can’t buy any they just kept saying: All orders are subject for approval.
Do not buy from them. You might waste your time like I did.

I ordered a personalized ornament on Dec. 4th. Like the previous reviews I am just now reading, no response from emails or call backs. I thought this was a trusted company and have enjoyed their products in the past. Lost customer here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their shipping timeframe is a straight lie. After many failed attempts at an email response or call back, I wait on hold multiple times for over an hour only to get an agent who tells me their system broke and captured a bunch of people’s orders on the wrong date. They’re unwilling to do anything in good faith.
Not for Christmas
Ordered a personalized ornament on Dec 4th the shipping info stated it would take 6 to 8 days for personalization. I spent 2 days trying to reach customer service and finally reached them today by a useless and rude agent who told me that I would get it after Christmas and there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to someone who could help me and explain what happened to me she HUNG UP! No more Lenox in this house!

Actually my review is ZERO. I have bought many Lenox products in past but will no more -- website sends you in circles, especially if you are Canadian with US shipping address. Chat responds "we are not online right now" and phone calls yield either no answer or zero response for call back.
Customer Service does NOT exist and policy appears to be -- "WE DO NOT NEED OR WANT CUSTOMERS & THEREFORE COMMIT TO NO SERVICE ... ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CANADIAN"

Called customer service. After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes the customer service representative Brianna was very rude and unhelpful. To say I spend a lot of money on Lenox products is an understatement. I will no longer be purchasing anything from them which is a shame because they have some beautiful products.
Probably Scam
They never send order confirmation once the order is placed. When I ask them waiting for couple days, they say my order is never placed, and ended up locking my money for 30 days pending.
Disappointed!
When my order finally arrived one of the dishes was broken inside its box and a candelabra was defected. I called the company and asked if I could get a discount on the candelabra since it was intended as a gift and I would not have enough time to order a new one. According to company policy it would not be possible but they offered me a "special circumstance deal" of 5% off which amounted to $3.00! What a joke! No offer of express shipping for a new item either.
Disappointed in their lack of service and bad product quality!

I ordered 2 personalized ornaments. Company did not ship within time frame promised, and when I called to inquire as to status of order, service rep was less than useless. Though they failed to ship when indicated, I was told I could not cancel the order, as well I was informed they had no idea when they would ship the order. Never again!
Lenox lacks integrity
I really like Lenox but found their customer service to be abysmal and quality can be awful. I ordered a set of gold plated silverware to go with a set of Lenox dishes and so additional items. I was so excited. The silverware was badly scratched and I requested a replacement (even suppling photos). They sent a return label for the silverware and sent me another set that was equally bad. I requested a return again. They charged me for the shipping and refunded only a portion of my cost. I called customer service - which was a complete waste of 45 minutes. I wrote a letter to the President of the company and never received a reply. Absolutely no customer support, frustrating customer service, and lacking in product quality. So disappointing!
