So squash my earlier review. Not only did they process the refund, but they also sent a complimentary box of chocolates that arrived on time for the wifes' birthday today. You should have seen her eyes light up when she (who is from Belgium) saw Leonidas. Well done...thank you!!

Damaged chocolate package, un-edible, bought from them via Amazon. Wifes' birthday present...she's Belgian, so is the company. Been chasing them for a replacement or refund of days. Not impressed with their customer service. Won't/don't advise anyone else to buy from them. Hope they see this and I get the refund before I die

Happened in Leonidas pralines shop Thessaloniki

When we entered the store, we were not greeted, despite it being the Christmas season, a time in Greece when every greeting is usually accompanied by warm wishes. Fine, the employees were busy with customers, and the management as well.
We take that into consideration. We wait. When a customer leaves, we should have been the next ones. Instead, the manager turns to the man handling orders, without a single word of apology to us, and begins rearranging items on the shelves.
I’m slowly getting the impression that such a well-known brand in the center of Thessaloniki is far from understanding marketing and customer service.
Still, we continue to wait patiently. At that moment, a new customer enters the store and greets as well. Suddenly, a saleswoman becomes attentive and thanks her politely — even addressing her by name. And just like that, the manager also appears and warmly greets the lady.
Oops — so walk-in customers are treated differently! Are you kidding? That was not nice.

Mail gestuurd in april 2025. Mail terug gekregen met " wij nemen zo spoedig mogelijk contact met u op". Vandaag gezegd dat het niet meer hoefde.

Quelle belle réussite ! La livraison était un vrai défi, car il fallait apporter les pralines directement à un patient de l’hôpital St-Pierre de Bruxelles. Grâce à Léonidas, tout s’est merveilleusement bien passé, et le petit plaisir gourmand a fait rayonner sa journée. 💝 Un énorme merci à Léonidas pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Ils ont rendu ce moment vraiment spécial 💝
