I ordered a gift for a friend a week ago which has not been delivered to them despite the order status saying its been shipped out the following day that it was ordered. I have attempted to contact the company directly regarding this and not yet had any reply from them with any update on this or any attempt to help resolve my situation. Today I have now recieved a request to leave a review and subsequently I can only provide my experience to date. I will not be using this company again.

I would hope that I will get a reply to my email by the end of this week to attempt to resolve the matter, before further action is required.

My dad loved it - great selection and lots of bits he hadn’t had before and he’s a liquorice king!

I had ordered two boxes as gifts but unfortunately only one arrived. After numerous emails to letterbox liquorice I have received no reply, and no resolution to the situation.

Order was delivered very quickly. The liquorice is lovely. Really good quality and the assortment has so many different types. The gift message on the box is a really nice surprise when you open it.

Quick delivery and good offer for fathers day present. The recipient loves the liquorice from letterbox.

I ordered a small quantity of liquorice from your company a considerable time ago to be sent to an address in Shetland. As far as I am aware the order has not been delivered as yet, and I only received notification that the order had been sent last week. I am not pleased about this !

There was a problem with my delivery but it was quickly sorted out & was delivered. Great communication. Friendly & very helpful. The box & liquorice looked great & the liquorice was labelled. The recipient was very happy with her birthday present. Thank you Letterboxliquorice .

I was disappointed that the bags of liquorice were not labelled with the contents and had to print my own and stick them to the bags. As it was a gift for my husband I wanted him to know the variety I had chosen.

I'm sure this detail could be included in the packaging or just a menu as in chocolate boxes to inform the recipient of the items included.

Also two items I ordered had been substituted without my knowledge.

This is the second time I've used liquorice box to send as gifts and I'm very pleased with the service, efficiency and products on offer.
I have also been a recipient and can say the variety of different liquorice from around the world was delicious and very interesting.

Great liquorice but rather haphazard service initially. It seems that they have put in new systems as it has got better recently. I bought a 6 month subscription as a present.

Fantastic liquorice and fantastic customer service. The website had a slight glitch when I tried to place the order, so sent a message to the company and the owner rang me immediately and took my order promptly over the phone! Very impressed.
We will definitely be ordering again. You don't get liquorice like this anywhere else, it's a very authentic selection.

Mam loved the liquorice but didn't know who had sent it as my personalised message wasn't there. There was just a Mother's day sticker stuck on one of the sweet bags.
