Unresponsive customer service. Four emails, and phone call, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Trying to arrange a return and nothing but silence. Be sure of what your purchase or else…

Absolutely love Letterbox Liquorice. I’ve bought them as gifts but then couldn’t help but order a box for myself - twice! Love all the different flavours. Keep them coming.

Very disappointing experience. The Banana Monkeys I received were clearly old and hard - a bit difficult to chew. I’ve had these before and they were much softer, so the quality this time was poor.

Delivery was also delayed due to stock issues, and communication didn’t go smoothly as my initial reply apparently didn’t go through.

Overall, both the product quality and service fell short.

I had a box of liquorice for Christmas & I was over the moon. It is first class , such a lovely present if you are a liquorice lover.

Fantastic customer service from Darren from Letterbox liquorice. I ordered some liquorice as a gift for Christmas and I later got an email saying that they had sold out of the size I had ordered- but were upgrading to the next size for free! I didn't ask for this- but what a nice gesture. Will definitely use again. Thank you! Kim

I had a box delivered for my birthday. It is absolutely delicious. The texture and variety is lovely. I don’t like really hard liquorice. This is perfect.

Placed an order that never arrived. They never responded to any email sent (2 sent) to their recommended email so ended up trying via their Contact Us on the website. I did get a response saying it was out for deliver but looks to have been lost and did I want it resent or a refund. I asked for a refund but none received over 2 weeks later. Thankfully I Paypal credit so am recovering funds through them.

I had a great experience with Letterbox Liquorice. I needed my gift box as a matter of urgency, and the team were really responsive, upgrading my postage to 24 hour. I really appreciated this & would definitely recommend.

Very nice , but not what I ordered.

Had been ordering from ‘Letterboxliquorice’ on and off over the last few years. Really enjoyed the liquorice products and range on offer and no issues. Until now.

Ordered a few items on the 11th March, had noticed Evri had been holding onto it longer than usual but due to family holiday left it a few weeks.
Roll forward to beginning of April and still no items. Contacted them and got an email back from Darren who said would look into it and get in touch later that same day. Left it a week, no response from Darren. Sent two further emails enquiring around replacement/refunds, all a good several days apart, still no response.

Thankfully paid by credit card so was able to raise a dispute with my bank and got the funds credited pretty quickly.

Terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering again and there are other companies it seems selling a similar range.

Quick delivery. Fantastic customer services. Liquorice is great. Highly recommend.

I recently ordered from Letterboxliquorice through their site letterboxliquorice.co.uk and experienced mixed outcomes. On one hand, the quality and variety of their liquorice are outstanding, particularly if you're looking for gluten-free options. Their service seemed attentive and the packaging kept everything fresh. However, I faced communication issues when trying to amend my order, which was disappointing. Overall, while there's room for improvement in customer communication, their liquorice offerings were impressive enough for me to recommend giving them a try. A solid 4-star experience!

Ordered a Birthday present for my dad which hasnt been delivered in time. Numerous emails to this company without any reply whatsoever. Do not order from this company

I placed an order on 24th of June and realised that the address linked to my applepay was the wrong address. I immediately sent them an email explaining and asking if they could re-direct the package. They never responded. I then completed the online form about a week ago on their website where i copied and pasted my original email. I still haven't heard anything. This was a present intended for my dad in the UK and am super sad that there is not even an acknowledgement from the company. Of course, I made a mistake and fine if it's delivered to where I live in Portugal, as I can take the package when I next visit. To pay ~£45 (~£15 in packaging) and to not even have an email to say 'sorry, but we can't intercept' is terrible. Can I have a full refund if you are not going to send me what I paid for?

The sugar covered Belgian jelly liquorice are my faves, love the sweet and fruity mix. Hubby is so pleased to get sugar free liquorice too!!
Have never had a problem with this company orders arrive promptly and well packed.

This is simply the best liquorice around. The quality and range is second to none and the personal attentive service that Darren and his team offer is brilliant. It also comes in excellent resealable packaging keeping the product very fresh (not that it will be around long !). I’m looking forward to exploring the range but the sweet & fruity gourmet is a great place to start !

Due to my recent pre diabetic realisation i was desperate to find a liquorice that would fulfil the cravings i had when i could eat anything.
This company had varieties for all tastes plus sugar free. I ordered a small box which I received after a couple of days and have now re ordered. Thank you for solving my cravings
