We contacted this company over the internet after having trouble with our boiler . We contacted them over the weekend and on Monday received confirmation of Ivan coming out to give us a quote for a new boiler as ours was now over 17 years, so before prices go up and having to have a different system ie heat pump boiler. Ivan called us on the day saying he was held up in traffic . On his arrival Ivan looked at our old system and then walked around the house seeing what we had and then sat down to work out the price . Having received various quotes online from companies without even seeing our system that were all very competitive in pricing once we received Lewkens price on Monday. We called up on Tuesday and decided to accept the offer and paid our deposit. Later Tuesday afternoon we received a call from Lyndsey offering us a fitment date of Wednesday we nearly fell of our seats . What a service but later on Lyndsey called saying they could not source our boiler that quick in the end so we went for Friday . Three days later 8:00 am Gary their fitter was here ready to do the deed. By 11:30 everything was done completed and we were well pleased with the installation and the cleanliness of the fitter . I have read other reviews today of the company and yes there are a few negative reviews but that always happens but for us Lewken get 10/ 10 from start to finish.

Was really quick to come out and complete the job

I rang Lewken in a bit of a panic due to my boiler breaking down and having a family with three young children and no heating or hot water I needed this sorting ASAP!

I spoke with Jamie on the phone and explained my situation and he managed to get out to see me on the same day, unfortunately gave me the bad news I needed a new one but the service was amazing. I paid my deposit and by the next day I had an engineer at my house installing a new boiler and by the time I was home from work we had heating and hot water again! No mess left in the house and the engineers were very pleasant evening when my children kept asking them what they were doing! We had a Hive thermostat fitted and their engineer stayed and showed my partner how it all worked and just showed very thorough workmanship. Really impressive!

Lyndsey was really helpful after and made sure we were happy with the install and I couldn't be happier, would recommend them to anyone!

What can I say…. Jamie and his team was excellent very professional clean and tidy excellent customer service…. We had a boiler installation done I would highly recommend Jamie and his team all day long… thank you for a wonderful job…

After a bit of a bumpy start as the engineer had a family crisis so started a day late,would have appreciated a call earlier in the morning but I had to ring however after that they were excellent,Lyndsey was happy to liaise with the tenants which made life a lot more simple,the job was done quickly and efficiently very pleased and cheaper than our normal heating company

Great experience from beginning to end. Our boiler broke in our property just after we moved in. The team quoted effectively and with very clear communication throughout. I needed work done on a communal heating system in a block of flats. Jamie’s quote was a lot less than half the price of the Managing Agent’s contractors.

I then found out that I had to supply a Method Statement, Risk Assessment and all their insurance details to this agent. I was surprised to find that Lewken provided this and Kevin, in admin, emailed it without any fuss.

Lewken were understanding when this agent cancelled access to the boiler room the day before they were first booked in. They got access today. Gary and Tiler came at 8am and fitted new copper pipes to the old steel pipework, allowing me install radiators and prepare my plumbing for my new kitchen and bathroom.

They finish tomorrow, but I had to write this today. Amazing work!! around a lot of returns in this old art deco building. The boys didn’t stop until after 5pm, and left the place spotless.

Jamie even rang to check that I was happy with the progress. Top Drawer! I’m so happy with the entire team. Thanks Lads : )

Had a new boiler supplied and fitted by Lewken Plumbing and Heating today, the workmanship is of high standard, very professional throughout and extremely polite. Thank you so much for your services.

I messaged Jamie early on Saturday morning as my water pressure had dropped and the boiler wouldn’t fire, meaning I had no heating. Within half an hour he came round, diagnosed and fixed the problem for me.

Overall a great experience. Minimal disruption and super quick boiler and radiator replacement. Less than two days! A friendly and polite team thank you Jamie, Gary and your other colleague (sorry don't know his name). Would definitely recommend.
