The Handy Squad is the premier Handyman Service in London. We have been helping Londoners with their home and office repairs since 2005. Our regular hours are 8am to 6pm on weekdays, but we can also come out to you earlier in the morning, later in the evening and at the weekends. Our handymen are multi-skilled, punctual, polite, carry I.D. and will always leave your property tidy. Spot plaster repairs and painting
Had several spots throughout the house that needed plaster repairs and painting.
They sent Joseph who was diligent and professional. All the spots look great. Unless you knew exactly where to look and were very close to the wall you'd never know it was patch repaired. The paint was matched well too.

Great Service
Easy booking process and was able to book an early Monday appointment on Friday afternoon! Specialist arrived on time within the slot and quickly identified the solution to the washing machine issue. Great service.

Quick and efficient
Although the initial booking had to be moved from Friday to Monday as their plumber had been held up at another job that day, the work was rearrange for the Monday. Jack was very helpful and got the work done quickly and efficiently, and even gave me some advice on some other plumbing work I was looking to have done in the future. Would very much recommend, and the company are very communicative via email which was helpful.

Bushek was very professional and respectful. He completed a job filling holes under kitchen units in an awkward and confined space with no complaints and a can-do attitude. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great service, very reliable. Had a few odd jobs that needed sorted around the house. Jay was really helpful and got them all done in the space of a couple of hours. Very professional. Would recommend

couldn't arrange to show up for a quote
Booked a visit for a quote. Email said they'd come between 13:00 and 15:00. That morning I got a text from the guy who was planning to come round confirming he would come between 15:00 and 16:30. I pointed out the time difference and asked which it would be as I'd moved meetings around to make it possible. He said he'd get back to me. But he didnt. Then I heard nothing until 16:24 when he said he might still make it today if I was still free. Not good enough. Half a day made available and confused communications. He said "the office were supposed to have got in touch". Well they hadnt been. They offered to reschedule but i thought the above mix up was not a good sign if I was hoping to book them for actual works so I moved on.

We are naturally very sorry to receive this review, particuarly as the events in question took place six months ago and no money ever changed hands between us. This does not take away from the fact that, due to a miscommunication between our office team and tradesman you were let down and your time wasted as a result. These mistakes can happen, although we do our best to avoid them. There is, of course, no excuse for this and we apologise unreservedly. Called these guys to help sort a flooring issue I had Alfie was great at understanding my needs through the phone — had luis one of their tradesman come and take a look and sort out what was needed and he retuned at a later date to complete the job. Very happy
