Niezgodna cena na metce

W dniu 30 grudnia 2024 roku dokonałam zakupu w sklepie stacjonarnym Lichi w galerii handlowej Złote Tarasy w Warszawie. Cena na metce była o 70 złotych wyższa niż ta, którą zapłaciłam i to podobno po zniżce. Zwróciłam na to uwagę dopiero po powrocie do domu. Na drugi dzień wróciłam do sklepu, aby wyjaśnić sprawę, ale dowiedziałam się, że taka jest cena i Pani nie może nic zrobić. Managerka sklepu miała się skontaktować ze mną 2 stycznia, ale do dnia dzisiejszego nie dostałam żadnego telefonu. Sytuacja niedorzeczna, a osoba ma swoim stanowisku raczej niekompetentna.

Rücksendung ist vollständig ergangen. Lichi behauptet nur einen Teil erhalten zu haben und erstattet den Restbetrag nicht. Dabei filmen sie Mitarbeiter und senden fragwürdige Videos von Paketen ohne Namen und Kennzeichnung!

Schlechter Service und Warenbestandssystem

Ich habe einen Mantel bestellt und ein paar Tage später kam eine Mail, dass das Teil zu stark beschädigt ist und sie es mir nicht schicken können und auch keinen Ersatz haben. Meine Bestellung wurde einfach gecancelt und ich soll mein Geld zurück bekommen.
Die Nachfrage, ob ich den nächsten verfügbaren Mantel haben kann wurde verneint. Es gibt keine Liste und ich soll die Webseite wieder checken.
Das habe ich gemacht, Mantel war wieder verfügbar und ich habe gekauft. Daraufhin bekam ich genau die gleiche Mail mit dem bla über einen zu stark beschädigten Artikel und wieder gecancelt.
Lichi hat wohl ein schlecht funktionierendes Warenbestands System und erzählt die gleichen Ausreden. Wenn es den Mantel nicht gibt, sollte man ihn auch nicht bestellen können.
Wäre gerne Kundin gewesen aber bei dem schlechten Service, Orga und 0 Hilfsbereitschaft wird das wohl nichts.

Es gab eine technische Störung, die dazu führte, dass nicht verfügbare Artikel als verfügbar angezeigt wurden. Es dauert eine Weile, bis die Lagerbestandsinformationen aktualisiert werden. Wir arbeiten bereits an der Behebung des Problems. Wir entschuldigen uns für alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen dadurch entstanden sind!

As stated on our website, estimated delivery time is 10-14 days. The "Lichi" design studio is located in Germany, while orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Some items are available at the international warehouse only, thus, delivery time may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods. According to the information on our website, if the product you have received is faulty, damaged or non-compliant, you can claim exchange or refund by providing a photo of the defect upon receiving the order. The return of the defected item will be free of charge.

Zamówienie internetowe odbyło się sprawnie i bezproblemowo. O drobnym opóźnieniu zostałam od razu poinformowana. Rozmiar zgodny z tym, który noszę. Wygląd taki jak na zdjęciach. Jestem zadowolona.

Incredible dress

The midi red dress I bought was super pretty! The fit was perfect and I made great photos wearing it on my birthday. Definitely one of the best stores for any occasion you have. Highly recommend)

Schöne Kleidung, schlechter Service

Die Kleidung ist schön und gut verarbeitet, allerdings fallen die Größen sehr unterschiedlich aus. Das Lager ist in Polen, dementsprechend hat auch die Lieferung gedauert. 4 Kleider für jeweils über 100€ kamen leider in billigen Plastiktüten verpackt. So ein System mit der Rückgabe habe ich noch nirgendswo gesehen - ab 4 (oder 5) retournierten Kleidungsstücken muss man Gebühren pro Artikel bezahlen (ich meine, das waren 5€ pro Stk.). Nicht besonders kulant, vor allem weil es in Deutschland keine Filialen gibt und man somit "gezwungen" ist mehrere Größen zu bestellen um die passende zu finden. Bezahlung geht nur über die Kreditkarte, die Rückzahlung hat recht lange gedauert. Ich glaube, ich werde bei Lichi nicht mehr bestellen. Schade! Designed zwar in Frankfurt, aber keine Filialen hier.

Größe, Passform und Maße können von einem Modell zum anderen variieren, was bedeutet, dass es leichte Unterschiede in der Passform der Artikel geben kann.
Wir haben die Größentabelle auf der Website - da viele Teile individuell gestaltet sind, empfehlen wir, die Größe nach der Tabelle in der Beschreibung zu wählen. Sie können sich auch jederzeit an unseren Kundenservice wenden, der Ihnen bei der Größenbestimmung eines Artikels gerne helfen wird.

Wir sind stark bemüht, jede Kundenerfahrung angenehm zu gestalten, deshalb berücksichtigen wir alle Beschwerden. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um unsere Dienstleistungen in der Zukunft zu verbessern.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est...

Les vêtements sont très beaux mais il y a quand même pas mal de choses à dire vu le prix assez excessif :
- la qualité des matières n'est pas ultra incroyable et les coupes sont assez moyennes
- ça taille petit : j'ai pris du L comme je prends d'habitude pour toutes les autres marques, mais là c'est très très limite. Sachant qu'il n'y a en plus pas au-dessus du L, ce que je trouve très dommage car il y a du coup énormément de femmes qui ne peuvent bénéficier de cette marque...
- la disponibilité des tailles n'est pas bonne : il y a vraiment tout le temps du manque de stock sur les vêtements et les tailles, au point où le service client vous recontacte pour vous dire que finalement il n'y a plus l'article que l'on avait commandé en stock. Heureusement dans mon cas, un nouvel arrivage de stock sur l'article concerné a eu lieu plus tard.

Zamówiłam 4 sukienki

Zamówiłam 4 sukienki. Niestety za małe i musiałam zwrócić. Zwrot dotarł na adres podany na etykiecie zwrotnej 17.07.2024. minął miesiąc, nie otrzymałam zwrotu pieniędzy. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu, brak odpowiedzi na e-maile.

Odrobina więcej i będzie super…

Witam, zamówiłam sukienkę przez aplikację. Czekałam 5 dni. Wszystko ok, przychodzą informacje na maila jak również w aplikacji. Sukienka jest piękna. Zamawiając trzeba zerknąć na tabelę rozmiarów gdyż rozmiarówka jest mniejsza.
Jedyny minus za wysyłkę- sukienka wysłana w worku kurierskim. Brak opakowania. Pognieciona do granic możliwości. Nie robi to dobrego wrażenia :(

I will not order from them ever again…

I will not order from them ever again and I do not recommend you. "Exclusive shop", the prices are what you can see, though the quality is not that awesome. In a shop like this the dress should fit amazingly and unfortunately, this is not the case. Obviously it is very easy to take the money but to return it, is a tragedy. Unless you text them, you will not receive the refund. What a joke considering a shop like this. I thought the reputation would be important to them but I guess it is not. They can apologise but I do not really care about the apologies, it is unacceptable to ask for MY OWN money back. I just hope to receive the refund in the actual dates they provided and I will not have to report it.
