Ponad 2 tygodnie czekania na wysyłkę, brak sensownych odpowiedzi na pytania, tylko krótkie tłumaczenia o odprawie celnej (nie wiem jakiej skoro zamówienie jest z „Frankfurtu nad Menem”.)
Jeżeli chodzi o towar:
Koszula jakość ok.
Top gorsetowy bardzo ciasny z uszkodzonym zamkiem. Za zwrot trzeba zapłacić 25zl, więc pewnie dam do krawcowej żeby wyprula zamek i wszyje nowy albo inne zapięcie, bo nie wyobrażam sobie wykładać kolejne pieniądze i czekać tygodniami na zwrot, :) bóg wie czy ten zwrot wgl nastąpi.

Nie zamawiajcie tam.

Nie zamawiajcie tam.
Zamówienie złożyłam ponad 3 tygodnie temu, do tej pory nie dostałam żadnej informacji o nadaniu paczki albo jaki jest jej status. Firma odpisała na parę maili twierdząc, że w ciągu kilku dni dostanę maila z podanym shipping number (nic nie dostałam) po czym kontakt się urwał. Zdecydowanie nie polecam

Dobra jakość

Materiał sukienki która zamówiłam jest dobrej jakości. Sukienka dobrze wykonana. Nie miałam problemu z wymianą rozmiaru na większy, gdy prosiłam o rozmowę z Polskim konsultantem oddzwaniał. Jedyny minus za długi czas oczekiwania na dostawę.

The variety on beautiful clothing is amazing! I am stunned by how wonderful my items are. I had some trouble with finding my size and they help me out perfectly. Bestellt hier lieber nicht! Nach ca 5 Wochen warte ich immer noch auf meine Rückerstattungen (Kosten wurden direkt ihv 105€) bezahlt.

Angeblich ist alles made Frankfurt, aber beide Pakete kamen aus Polen. Ich habe immer noch nichts gehört und auch kein Geld gewesen! Traurig!

Es tut uns wirklich leid für die Verzögerung bei Ihrer Rückerstattung! Aufgrund der höheren Anzahl von Bestellungen und Rückgaben wurde die Bearbeitungszeit verlängert. Nach unseren Informationen war die Rückerstattung von uns schon abgebucht und muss auf Ihr Konto überwiesen worden sein. Die Quittung wurde an Sie per E-Mail verschickt. Wir entschuldigen uns zutiefst für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen entstanden sind.

Das Designstudio von "Lichi" befindet sich in Frankfurt, aber die Kleidung wird in verschiedenen Ländern hergestellt. Alle Produktionsprozesse entsprechen internationalen Qualitätsstandards. Wie es auf unserer Website angegeben ist, werden die Waren aus unserem Lager in Polen verschickt.

Ich habe die Bewertungen hier gelesen und war erschreckt ! Aber Meine Erfahrung war am Ende sehr positiv. Ich habe bezahlt und bekam eine Bestätigung direkt per Mail. Das kleid kamm nach 18 Tage, relativ langsam (am Website steht Lieferung innerhalb 10-14 Tagen) nach 14 Tagen habe ich coustmer service angerufen und sie haben direkt am Telefon geantwortet und mir die DHL tracking Code geschickt. Das hat mich beruhigt und gesichert. Das Kleid kamm in guten Zustand und entspricht genau das Bild am Website. Qualität fürs Preis sehr angemessen. 100€ für so ein Kleid finde ich super fair. Solche Preise sind ja das Norm auch bei Handler wie ZARA oder ASOS. Die Verpackung war simple und das Kleid war nicht in einem Karton geschützt das hat mich ein bisschen geärgert, ich hoffe sie ändern das zukünftig. Aber an sich bin ich insgesamt zufrieden und würde schon wieder bei Lichi bestellen. Übrigens am website steht kleider werden in Frankfurt desgined und nicht hergestellt… deswegen verstehe ich die Ärger hier nicht so ganz.

Finger Weg

Lieber nicht bestellen. Nach 5 Wochen warte ich immer noch auf zwei Kleider (Kosten im Voraus von über 200€) bezahlt. Angeblich Made in Germany, Frankfurt.
Das eine Kleid kam relativ schnell aus Polen, auf die andere4n zwei Kleider warte ich noch immer vergeblich. Angeblich gibt es Schwierigkeiten mit dem Zoll aus DUBAI. Das Paket ist aber noch nicht einmal verschickt, wie kann es da Schwierigkeiten mit dem Zoll geben?
Alles sehr unglaubwürdig...

I have been back and forth with them via emails since 3 weeks ago regarding my refund. Firstly, they have advertised items that were not available!!! They emailed me 3 weeks ago saying that the items were not available so I requested my refund. Since then they have said they will issue a refund even going to the extent saying it had been processed to now suggesting they’re not able to issue a refund due to technical issues!!! They are instead offering 15% discount on future purchases, which of course I am not accepting!! They have taken my money, not sent the clothing item's I have paid for and are refusing to issue a refund now!!

I don't know how long you can wait for…

I don't know how long you can wait for a package these days. I placed an order on April 3rd, it's April 17th now, and I have no information about my purchase. Seriously - unacceptable! Other companies have no problem with shipping within 4 days... Tracking doesn't work, customer service just repeats what I've already read in the comments, saying the order is "on the way" without providing any details 😂

PS The instructions to write on WhatsApp are absurd, this is not how you treat a customer, so please don't ask for that. Either give me the order or refund my money.

Item Never Received

Order #1453017

An order for 2 dresses was placed on February 26th. After waiting 45 days for the status of the second dress to be updated from the (as of this morning) "preparing" status, I emailed lichi to seek assistance.

I was told that the missing dress, "Maxi Dress with Loose Cape," has been out of stock despite it currently being sold on their website and advertised across social media. They stated they initiated the return last week despite no return being made and provided no proof of their initiation of a return.

Exacerbating the unprofessionalism of the issue is the @lichiarabia account deleting a comment on the post advertising this dress for purchase on their website when I acknowledged that I am currently being told it is out of stock.
