Good company and good products but their IT needs sorting. Created order and had option to create account, didn't receive confirmation of order email nor does it appear on my account, so unfortunately I can't remember what I ordered.

Dear Phillip
We are really sorry to hear this, we have been experiencing some severe issues this week with DPD as they have had an influx of orders processed through them due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes.
I can see on our system that we should have processed an entire refund for the shipping costs. We assure you that this will not happen again.
Kind regards

Dear Phillip
We're sorry to hear this, after looking on our system we have seen that your order had been dropped off by DPD at your neighbour's house at the 146 address on 23/11/22. It also says that an email notification was sent to you to inform you of this.
Please could you check with your neighbour to see if it is there, if it isn't, please don't hesitate and contact us via email on - contactus@blackburndistributions.com - Where we will be more than happy to assist!
